The only plus point of this place is location if you are visiting Fremont or nearby location.
The experience started off poorly due to the extremely rude and insensitive behavior of the reception staff. The lady at the front desk was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived.
We specifically booked a room with a kitchen because we are traveling with our 2-year-old, who has dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, the “kitchen” was almost unusable — it only had a burner and nothing else. No basic utensils or essentials were provided upfront. We had to repeatedly go to the reception to request items, and even then, they were not provided all at once, making the process frustrating and inconvenient.
To make matters worse, they didn’t even have a scrub to clean utensils and casually mentioned they were “out of stock,” which is unacceptable for a stay of this kind. For a room accommodating four people, we were given just one plate and one bowl — clearly insufficient and poorly managed.
Additionally, the sofa bed was in very poor condition and uncomfortable.
Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience, especially considering we chose this place expecting basic amenities and a comfortable stay for our family.
I Always like the extended stay because the rooms are always big, full size fridge and kitchen lots of pillows.
Carpark always feels a bit of a security risk.
The room was laid out inefficient. There were no chairs to sit on, the air conditioner was very loud all night, the beds were not comfortable, the toilet paper roll was sitting on the toilet tank, there was no toilet roll holder, only one trash can, it was in the bathroom, there was an ironing board but no iron, there was no coffee maker in the room, and we could here the people in the room above us walking around, very disturbing. I will warn others to never stay at this hotel, and I will never book this hotel again.

Room was not finished when we arrived. No pillows in one bed and only one on the other. There was no blanket on the bed without the pillows, just a sheet and bedspread. When I noticed this, the front desk staff was gone and I had to sleep without a blanket. They advertise "studio with kitchen", but no dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans, etc. are provided. Upon request, hardly anything was available. Were we supposed to bring our own dishes?? Shower walls had hair. Every bad review is answered with same thing for the last few years.. that they're sorry customer was not happy, that they have the highest standards and they will talk to the staff, etc., etc , like the same form letter is always sent out. But obviously no one really cares because nothing changes and every subsequent review is complaining about the same things again and again. This place is a sloppy and lame joke of a hotel. Not staying here again.
