The location was convenient and easy to get to
I reserved a king size suite and check-in was supposed to be 3 PM. We arrived at 5:30 PM and our room was still not available. We had a class reunion to get ready for that started at 7 o’clock so we asked for any room that was available. They had a two double bedroom, which would’ve been fine except for the walls had stains all over them. the lights didn’t work very well we had to plug in the lamp the bathroom toilet didn’t flush very well and all they did was offer us a plunger. There was rappers and debris all over the hallways. The floor in the room was not vacuumed or swept. They didn’t even have toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper. There was no coffee machine. There was no blow dryer. There was an iron, but no ironing board.. It definitely was not a clean room it was very frustrating that I paid for a king size suite which meant it was supposed to have all the amenities with the living room area as well, but we got a little double bedroom and since I booked it on Booking.com, they said that they were not able to give me any type of credit back. Also there were a lot of people hanging around the outside of the second building. I’m not sure if they were homeless people or people who just live in the building, but there was a lot of loitering and we even got asked by a man if we were interested in a one night stand and if we wanted to have some dinner with him keep in mind this was at three in the morning when we got home from our night out, he was just sitting on one of the benches outside of the building. The staff was very friendly and the manager was kind and she did end up giving me a $40 credit in the morning.. however I still do not feel that I got what I paid for.

Pésimo servicio, pedí una cobija y le dicen que es un hotel QUE NO TIENE COBIJAS!??, llame para avisar que mi novia llegaría antes que por favor le permitieran el check in con mi reserva y NO LES DIO LA GANA, ME PIDIERON DEPÓSITO SABIENDO QUE EN BOOKING NO APARECÍA ESE CARGO, las filipinas que atienden ahí tienen un pésimo trato al cliente, no funcionaba en TAP para el pago y le dije que no tenía las tarjetas en físico y me dijo que entonces le fuera a otro hotel a las 7 pm… una completa estúpida, no se como contratan este tipo de personas, lo peor de lo peor NO LOS RECOMIENDO Y ESPERO JAMÁS VOLVER A UNO DE SUS HOTELES Y SIEMPRE HABLARE MAL DE MI EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE

The noise at night was loud and constant, from upstairs and the hallway, I felt unsafe, no housekeeping. Had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels
There was NOTHING we can consider as breakfast except cafe machine with just hot water
NOTHING…There are lot of ROACHES all over the places and their electronic card keys sucks and get disabled multiple times during my 2 day stay.
Habitación con cocina, muy bien para quedarte unos días, ademas incluye desayuno, cafe muffins y avena.
Todo el hotel huele a comida, pero si no te importa el olor no hay problema.
