Leztzes mal war es besser
Pros:

das Zimmer und der WC waren in Orndung, groß, sauber und modern. Das Personal höfflich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer befand sich im Kellergeschoss, und vom WC im Flur drang ein unangenehmer Geruch herüber. Im Zimmer war es doch ok.

Nicht zu groß, sehr sauber, sämtliches Personal ausgesprochen nett und aufmerksam. Die Barpreise sind in Ordnung. Gute Parksituation ( auch kostenlose Möglichkeiten). Lage.

Hotel gut ! Service lässt zu wünschen übrig

Das Hotel ist absolut in Ordnung
Das Personal sehr freundlich
Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig

Cons:

Wir sind Stammgäste schon seid Jahren
Gestern habe ich eine Zahlungsaufforderung über 68 € erhalten für versäumte Parkgebühren
Seid diesem Jahr verlangt das Hotel 15€ Parkgebühren
Beim einchecken und beim auschecken wurde ich nicht darüber informiert
Die 15 € sind nicht das Problem würde ich sofort bezahlen
Das Problem ist das man sofort eine Zahlungsaufforderung bekommt ohne überhaupt auf die Parkgebühren hingewiesen worden zu sein
Wir werden das Hotel in Zukunft meiden
Last euch nicht abzocken !

Anreise war sehr komisch, Begrüßung naja Karte in die Hand gedrückt bekommen mit der Zimmernummer ohne Erklärung, erst auf Nachfrage wo Frühstück ist und von wann bis wann, kam eine abgehakte Antwort. Zimmer war nicht geheizt, es roch nach raumspray bzw duftspray, auf dem Boden lag noch Geld vom Gast davor, beim Frühstück kein Personal gesehen, Rührei sehr unterirdisch, viel zu hart, bei Check out, lange gewartet bis jemand vom personal kam. Sie versuchte freundlich zu sein, war aber etwas gestresst/überfordert. Schade
