sauberes Zimmer, sehr schlechter Service !!

Für 16 Euro bekommt man beim Frühstück trockene Tetrapack Rühreier. Es werden verschiedene Rechnungen ausgestellt, da die Stadt Karlsruhe eine Übernachtungssteuer zusätzlich kassiert. Ausgewiesen wird bei Zahlung der Betrag 0
Auf Bitte, alle geleisteten Zahlungen in eine Rechnung zu packen, konnte nicht entsprochen werden. " Da müsse man erst mit dem Management sprechen."
Eine Nachfrage und Bitte im Nachgang per Email wird total ignoriert > keine Antwort > mega schlechter Service !!!
Ausserdem funktionierte keine Entlüftung in dem viel zu kleinen Bad mit Toilette.

Hôtel sympa je recommande
Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant. Parking privé et gratuit à l extérieur .possibilité de se faire un café gratuit et une bouteille d'eau gazeuse dans la chambre qui est gratuit aussi. Le petit déjeuner était bien .Chambre correct
