Goede ligging en lekker ontbijt. Jammer van de niet werkende airco.
Pros:

Goede ligging, goed ontbijt en behulpzaam personeel. De candybar ;).

Cons:

Erg heet in de kamer, door de warmte. Slechte airco die niet werkte. Parkeren voor de deur is beperkt door veel fout parkeerders

Für den Preis ind die Lage - gerne wieder
Pros:

Ich kenne Leonardo Hotels und deshalb habe ich gebucht .

Cons:

Es wurden Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Bei Abreise ist man uns deswegen entgegengekommen. Sehr nett

Sehr nettes Hotel
Pros:

Außergewöhnlich großes Frühstücks-Angebot, sehr freundliches Personal, 24h- Empfang. Manches wirkt etwas veraltet, hat dadurch einen besonderen Charme.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend, das Personal an Rezeption und im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam,

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat in der ersten Nacht nicht funktioniert, man muss zuerst die Steuerung richtig programmieren, damit die Anlage überhaupt kühlt.

Pros:

Alles tiptop wie immer, das ist mein Lieblingshotel in Karlsruhe; vor allem die Aussicht, die Ruhe und das tolle vielfältige Frühstück schätze ich sehr.

Kein 4 Sternhotel!
Pros:

Frühstück saß gut aus,aber hatte ich nicht

Cons:

Konnten keinen Wasserkocher bekommen,keiner da(( Wasserhahn hat gewackelt und war verkalkt. Die Tür ziemlich gequwitscht. Auf bemängelte war die Antwort an Rezeption- das Hotel wird in 1 Woche voll renoviert - aber vorher gab es nirgendwo eine Andeutung darauf, nicht am Telefon..obwohl ich Hotel am Vortag kontaktiert habe.. auch am Preis konnte man es nicht feststellen ((das Hotel soll nur 3 Sterne haben- 4 sind es nicht! (In jetzigem Zustand)

Tolles Hotel für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

Älteres Hotel in Top-Lage direkt gegenüber des Tiergartens. S-Bahn fährt quasi vor der Tür ab. Man ist aber auch relativ schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt oder am Bahnhof (ca. 15 Min.). Funktionierende Minibar sowie eine Kaffemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Kostenloses Zitronenwasser und Saft sowie Bonbons, Kekse in der Lobby. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Frühstück war lecker mit Allem was man braucht. Zimmer -trotz der Alterserscheinungen- sauber.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein noch unrenoviertes Zimmer, dessen Ausstattung, insbesondere das Badezimmer, doch arg in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der fleckige Teppichboden im Zimmer und auch die Teppichböden in den Fluren waren doch sehr unansehnlich.
