Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was clean. There was a coffee machine with coffee, tea, and drinking water.

wel uitgerust maar het kon beter
Pros:

mooi uitzicht over de stad
mooie badkamer met bad
grote ruimte en wc gescheiden vd badkamer

Cons:

Het matras was erg warm en de kussens niet plooibaar. De hoofdkussens waren niet lekker om op te slapen wat wel essentieel is voor nachtrust.

Karlsruhe appears a bit of a dull town, but the Leonardo hotel is a shining place to stay.
Pros:

Check-in at the reception went very well. The desk clerk arranged for my to park my car just in front of the entrance because the parking lot was packed. The room has a rather high ceiling which brings an atmosphere of luxury, it looked recently refurbished with luxury furniture and decorations and well maintained. The bathroom has a bath with a shower arrangement.

Cons:

There was a standard TV but not a smart-TV arrangment, which felt a bit out of place. Next morning I felt a little lost in the breakfast room, it took some effort to find what I would like for my breakfast.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war es etwas chaotisch. Zuviele Leute, die schnell alles auf dem Teller haben wollen. Mit dem Nachlegen kam das Personal nicht so schnell nach. Es war auch etwas unsauber auf den Tischen undramatisch Boden.

Ein nettes Hotel für eine kurze Reise

Das Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem Christian, der Barkeeper! Super nett, angenehm und sympathisch!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr hellhörig
