Excellent cost-benefit in Karlsruhe
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, room was comfortable and clean, the staff was very polite and ready to help, and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I would have wished a harder pillow.

Pros:

tout etais plus que conforme a ma demande surtout la reception qui est vraiment parfaite par rapport a d'autres hotel souvent de standing plus haut le jeune homme a la consiergerie est juste genial !

Cons:

à part peut-etre faire le difficile sur des points qui ne sont en aucunement important rien, ce serais des points qui ne son important que pour moi même et surement qui vont à l'opposé du reglements interieur et des lois du pays (espaces fumeur..)

Es war toll
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell Lösungen gefunden für unser Anliegen.

Nicht noch einmal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut. Man sollte aber keine Zimmer zur Straßenseite nehmen.

Cons:

Das Haus ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Es scheint niemanden zu stören, dass die Klimaanlage komplett abgeschaltet ist - egal wie warm es draußen ist.

Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang mit Sekt und tolle Atmosphäre. Unter Tags kann kaffee oder ein kühles Getränk am Eingang genommen werden. Ich hatte einen persönlichen Gegenstand vergessen und dieses wurde aufgehoben und wird mir nun per Post zugesandt. Herzlichen dank dafür! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Für einen Besuch von Karlsruhe sehr geeignet
Pros:

Gute Lage zum Zentrum, Straßenbahn ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Parkplatz vor dem Haus (allerdings sollte man früh genug kommen, da es nicht viele Plätze gibt), alternativ ist die Tiefgarage gleich neben dem Haus.
Hunde erlaubt.
Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.
Kaffee/Tee im Zimmer, sogar sehr leckeres gratis aromatisiertes Wasser mit Früchten in der Lobby.

Der kurze Städtetrip war angenehm, insbesondere die Nähe zum Zentrum.
Pros:

Aussicht im 10. Stock war sehr gut. Die Betten waren angenehm breit.
Parken war kosten los.
Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
