Good but I would expect it to be more clean for the price
Pros:

Very well equipped room. We stayed in the extended part of the hotel that feels like it's a bit newer. It was comfy, parking was fine and the Hotel is indeed nice visually.

Cons:

I have dust mite allergy and it got triggered.

Die tolle Lage des Hotels, ruhig im Schwimmbad- und Saunabereich, nette Osterdeko in den Sitzbereichen im EG, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit schönem Ausblick auf den Park,

Cons:

Im Zimmer großes Spinnwebennetz an der Decke, Gegenstromanlage ging am 1. Tag nicht, eine Dusche im Schwimmbad defekt, Teppich - vor allem im Frühstücksraum sehr fleckig und im Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.
Gästekarte wurde erst auf Nachfrage übergeben.
Am Abreisetag 2 x vor Checkout nachgeschaut, ob das Zimmer schon frei ist

Wir waren zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend aufgestellt, ziemlich umfangreich, aus unserer Sicht blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war auch OK. Die Lage ist zentral, Kurpark und Zentrum in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Kurzurlaub.

Pros:

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Freundliches Personal, schöne Lage.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer röhrte nachts die Heizung extrem laut. Wir konnten in der Nacht noch das Zimmer wechseln , beim Check out schien es die Dame an der Rezeption allerdings eher zu nerven, dass wir das Thema angesprochen haben.

Für eine Nacht, ok.
Pros:

Zimmer waren sauber, Lage ist sehr gut.
Frühstück war in Ordnung. Gesamtes Gebäude wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Preis-Leistung grenzwertig.

Cons:

Wellnessbereich zu klein für die Anzahl Gäste, kein schöner Aussenbereich und wenig Ruhemöglichkeiten.
Service schien sowohl bei Ankunft wie bei Abfahrt überfordert.
Erwartungshaltung bei 4* superior ist eine andere.
