Amazing Staff, Great Service & Must visit
Pros:

I moved from another hotel to Dusit, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The level of service and the warmth of the staff truly stood out.

Check-in: I received a wonderful welcome at reception, and to my delight, I was offered an upgrade. Mr. Elvy was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive, along with his entire team who ensured a smooth and pleasant arrival.

Villa: I had originally booked a villa, which was generously upgraded even further to a 2 bed villa with private pool. The thoughtful complimentary touches added a special charm and made the stay feel truly luxurious.

Spa: Access to the spa was kindly extended to both myself and my family, enhancing our overall experience and allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time together.

This has been one of the best stays I’ve had with Dusit. I am grateful to Mr. Elvy and his team for their outstanding hospitality, genuine care, and for making my family feel so well looked after. Their efforts made our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable.

Great staff, but not enough for the property
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing. Very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The fact that they were understaffed and many times we had to wait more than 30 min for our order at the pool bar. They would bring the bill only by the end of day and it would also take long.
