Cons:

Rude lady receptionist,who provided us with the cheaper single bed room,though charged us as for the twin superior that was booked ,being not a subject of availability but confirmed option. They tried to argue very loudly that twin is not available and to give me extra bed instead to single room! Fantastic option for staying 2 adults in 5 stars hotel! I insisted and room was found. This is cheating and not honoring the guests.

The pool and beach were amazing! The pool is new, modern and really comfortable. Thanks to all workers. Everyone were extremely helpful and welcoming. And special thanks to Basem working on reception!

Fabulous hotel!
Pros:

Amazing hotel with a relaxed vibe - spacious & comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and good restaurant options. Really enjoyed the pool & beach. Front desk staff were very accommodating - I really appreciated an earlier check in on arrival as I was very tired!

We recently stayed at Ajman Hotel with our family and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We had booked six rooms for three nights, and managing a group of that size is never easy, yet everything went smoothly from start to finish.

A very special mention goes to Bassem Mohammed at the reception. He was truly exceptional, professional, calm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Coordinating multiple rooms and guests while maintaining such consistently excellent service is not easy, but he handled everything perfectly with a smile.

The overall hospitality, comfort, and atmosphere of the hotel were fantastic, and our stay was made even more memorable because of the outstanding service we received.

We will definitely be coming back, and honestly, a big reason for that is Bassem. Thank you for making our family stay so spec

Pros:

Beach access, decent gym.

Cons:

Some of the staff barely spoke English. As Russian receptionist at the restaurant couldn't make a sentence in English also bad attitude towards us. Also rooms outdated especially the bathrooms.

Забронировали виллу с одной спальней, при заезде нам заменили виллу на более комфортную с личным бассейном без всяких доплат.
Вилла была просто роскошной.
Брали только завтраки. Очень вкусные, с лососем и яйцами Бенедикт.
Береговая линия длинная, несколько бассейнов с подогревом.
Отель и расположение супер, вернёмся ещё.
