good location
i called earlier in the day to make sure i would be able to check in after midnight because we were arriving late, person on the phone said if i hadn’t paid yet i would have to rebook but i had already paid and tried explaining this but they didn’t listen to me and hung up the phone very rude. when i arrived staff was not attentive, i waited at front desk to check in for 15 minutes. i had to call the front desk and wait listening to the phone ring while their TV blasted in the employee room ignoring the phone ringing. when the employee finally appeared to check me in, he kept asking if i had already booked and paid, i paid through booking and received my receipt prior to showing up at the property. then he couldn’t enter my address correctly and the entire process took about another 10 minutes this was now going on 25 minutes of just trying to check into my room. when we finally got to our room the TV remote was glued shut and would not turn on the TV the beds were clean but uncomfortable. we went to bed annoyed and thinking maybe it was just a bad night…when we woke up we went to open the curtains and they were broken we couldn’t move them past a certain point a only a sliver of the way from how they should have opened. you could hear everything and feel footsteps above us and full conversations in the hallway and lobby. overall we had a very mediocre experience and was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. would not recommend i wish i just slept in my car instead of the hotel
Everything was great
No complain 👌
Everything was great as always that's why i keep.coming back
No complain 👌
This is like my 4th or 5th time with them and I'm gonna repeat myself they are great. Coming back every time.
No. Complain
Good location, first floor room was nice with kids, and good size kitchen.
No shampoo in rooms and asked and they didn’t have any. The room did not smell good, not clean. Hotel should put air fresheners at least.
Staff are very warm, cordial & professional
Wifi access is tied to your name/email/room number, which provided added user confidence
Policy for handling Amazon packages is top-notch
proximity to Walmart, great.
Some lighting points in my room were out.
curtains require a change-out (lining is aged and ripped up)
The manager was accommodating when we informed him that we would not stay there. He said he would approve the full refund.
The room was in disrepair, if it was clean it did not reflect it. Noisy. The people in the lobby area and outside did not make us feel safe. We did not stay and found another hotel down the street. The manager checked the room before we left and said he would approve a full refund.
Location
It was dirty. At one point I thought there was CSI fingerprint dust on a door jam in the hallway. Not sure what it was but not good. The sink I'm my room was connected wrong and poured water all over the counter and floor. Couldn't use it. WONT STAY AGAIN even though it's right next to my office.
Parking lots
Shower, The water was cold and the shower head was terrible.
it was cheap
nobody knew what was going on, smelled like cat piss, half the furniture was beat up(drawers don't stay closed) TV didn't work at all, found other people's belongings in my room. Overall just kid of shitty
Hi. Thanks for your complimentary suggestion box, however, I initially liked ideally the location, profile of ESA, & the pricing was negotiable. Meanwhile, I'm at a disposition with my mental & physical health?
The problem consisted with Booking Dot Coms proprietary in compliance with negotiating to the legalities of purchasing beforehand, and thereafter? However, upon losing my paid-in-full weekend deal with ESA? I did not receive a full refund, while being denied a full refund under change compliances as documented? Furthermore, I sought assistance through Booking, inspite defecating my credibility, also neglecting customer rights!
