nobody knew what was going on, smelled like cat piss, half the furniture was beat up(drawers don't stay closed) TV didn't work at all, found other people's belongings in my room. Overall just kid of shitty

Hi. Thanks for your complimentary suggestion box, however, I initially liked ideally the location, profile of ESA, & the pricing was negotiable. Meanwhile, I'm at a disposition with my mental & physical health?

Cons:

The problem consisted with Booking Dot Coms proprietary in compliance with negotiating to the legalities of purchasing beforehand, and thereafter? However, upon losing my paid-in-full weekend deal with ESA? I did not receive a full refund, while being denied a full refund under change compliances as documented? Furthermore, I sought assistance through Booking, inspite defecating my credibility, also neglecting customer rights!

Pros:

Breakfast? It was bad they had old muffins out that’s all

The hotel from moment walked in was so dirty and old run down I wanted to cancel but didn’t know how to and the bed was so uncomfortable was up most of night

I had to come back down to the lobby 3x due to room discrepancies.

Loved my stay
Pros:

The staff was amazing. I would love to recognize Susana. She went above and beyond to greet me every morning, ask me how my day was when I came back to my room. Everyday her smile mad me feel welcomed and her coffee awake. She offered it every morning

Fantastic my stay exceeded my expectations
Pros:

I loved the stay the staff and overall the space. Susana made my stay worth it for sure she is so amazing and full of energy always ready to help and gives service with a smile. She was fabulous and made me feel at home she truly cares for all clients at this hotel. Highly recommend her for all booking meds thank you Susana.

Cons:

The breakfast was not actually breakfast just muffins and coffee/granola bars and oatmeal packets. Maybe eggs and bacon would be nice or some fruit at least just Sharing.

We liked the location but that was it.

For $300 for 1 night it was horrible! Dirty spot on the sheet, long black hairs on the bathroom floor, scraps of trash on the floor in the room and bathroom, old broken cabinets in the kitchen, broken elevators, water plumbing turned off for Maintenence one day, toilet dirty, 2 shower towels for 4 people, broken door knobs, unpainted spots on the wall, advertised breakfast was a muffin in a bag and granola bar. So gross.
