Pros:

Breakfast was good, room was smaller than expected but clean. Staff was hospitable and friendly. Hotel had a strange odor but was convenient to lots of restaurants railway and shopping.

I’m a physician from California and frequent traveler to Bangkok. I’ve stayed in many hotels in this area, but this is the first I disliked from the very first minute. For the price, the rooms are small and not as advertised, the ‘free minibar’ is nearly empty, and the so-called complimentary sandwich came with rules about where I could eat it. Guests deserve autonomy and honesty, not gimmicks. At check-in, I was misled into thinking breakfast was included, only to be told later it wasn’t because I booked through Expedia. When I raised these issues, the supervisor simply repeated ‘sorry, it’s the rule’ without making any effort to resolve the problem. For a city full of excellent hotels, this one does not deserve its rate or reputation
