Pros:

Location to Basingstoke was the only real benefit.

Cons:

The rooms were advertised as having aircon. Despite it allegedly working, the room was stiffling. We asked for this to be looked at and despite staff coming and saying that they would get the maintenance team to look at it, it wasn't fixed and we had little sleep that night.
The walls were paper thin and we could hear every conversation happening next door.
Lastly, when checking out, we had to wait a good 5 minutes, along with another guest, while the receptionist had a private conversation with her partner. I wouldn't have paid £10 for the room, nevermind £150, had I have known.

We checked in around 9pm and was allocated a very small room. It was a very warm night (24 degrees outside)and the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, it was blowing out warm air, so we asked the reception if it could be fixed. We went to the bar to get a drink as the room was too hot and waited for them to fix it. After about an hour the reception told us that it couldn't be fixed and they didn't have another room to move us to. We were told that the hotel was full & they didn't have any portable fans. We had no option but to check out at 10.45pm and ended up driving to Southampton to get the midnight ferry home. They assured us that we would not be charged and would be able to get a refund which I believe they are now disputing. Avoid avoid avoid!

Das Hotel hat für eine Nacht gepasst.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ok, jedoch nicht gut zu bereitet.
Das meiste Personal war da um die Arbeitsstunden abzusitzen. Nur ein Herr in der Früh war wirklich höflich und hat auch gegrüßt.

Das Frühstück war gut, aber es gab keine Kaffeetassen, als wir zum Frühstück kamen. Kurz darauf wurden nur 3 Tassen nachgelegt.

Aus unserer Deckenleuchte im Bad tropfte Wasser aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten im Zimmer über uns :-(

Comfy but loud!
Pros:

Lovely staff, comfy room, air con was a godsend in the heatwave.

Cons:

It was super noisy. We could hear everyone walking down the corridor outside and above, and the cleaning staff were talking and singing loudly whilst we were still trying to sleep.

Sauberes Business Hotel mit vielen Parkplätze, freundliches Personal. Restaurant okay mit vernünftigen Essen und Preisen. Fehlende TV Fernbedienung wurde umgehend beschafft. Gutes Frühstück.
