Pros:

Check in was quick and easy, room was a decent size, main areas were nice enough and clean

Cons:

The room was very cold and there didn't appear to be any central heating. There was a plug-in radiator in the wardrobe which helped heat the room. Room's are pretty tired looking and the tv barely worked.

A great place for a weekend break.
Pros:

It was comfortable but the time we were there one o go the wings was undergoing a redecoration programme. The room was clean and the bed comfortable despite the fact that the divan padding was coming say in clumps. The food was of good quality and hot when served. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Cons:

To be water on arrival was brown, due so we were told to the filter cleaning that had taken place that day it was rectified quickly were reported to reception

Pros:

Location close to work

Cons:

Room was dated light switch didn't work at the bed. Had to get up and turn lights off at the door. A/C controller didn't work flashing with a maintenance light.

The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable, the bathroom smelt, very noisy can hear everything from people shouting to people closing doors all through the night. Breakfast was appalling not stocked at all even when asking for food it never came the juice was never filled lots of hot food missing no beans or sausages and eggs no pastries at all. Cold plates hot glasses. No spoons. Absolute mess.

Pros:

Receptionist was excellent. Very helpful and a tough day for us. (Funeral)

Cons:

Although breakfast was great. We had to forage for cutlery and cups.

Itnwas clean and convenient location

Cons:

No hot water on first night ... staff changed the room next day, thank you...i wasnt able to operate the AC felt cold but receiption staff did say to contact them next time when. I checked out. Overall good service
