I have stayed at the Holiday Inn several times. It convenient as it's a short walk to my relatives.
Pros:

Room very good and the bed comfortable. Enjoyed my breakfast

Cons:

There isn't anything I can think of that I didn't like.

Location for us was perfect and the breakfast and staff very nice

Cons:

Sitting in a freezing cold breakfast room . Once the new rooms are ready it will be much nicer

A lovely place to get away for a bit or to do business in.
Pros:

Great location. Cosy. Good food and drink. Nice staff. A pleasant stay. Delicious breakfast for the most part. Soya and oat milk available for lactose intolerant guests. Accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

Cons:

Aircon wasn’t working and was very noisy. Very cold bathroom. Although the supplied heater helped. The bacon at breakfast was rather poor.

I love the place it cool to stay everything was perfect....

The radiator wasn't working the bathroom wasn't that clean apart from that everything was perfect to me

Great staff, good value for money overall
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, and Tasia (who managed the dining area) was smiling helpful and professional. The room was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

for some reason the heating system (based on air-conditioning system) did not work well so it was colder than we wanted, the bathroom had no heating at all so it was cold in the morning.

Very disappointing
Pros:

It was easy to find

Cons:

It was grubby and shabby. Leaves had blown in from outside and remained on the carpet the whole time we were there. There chipped mugs at for use at breakfast and those not chipped had a crust around the rim. The toaster was useless it took three times for the bread to appear even slightly brown. All in all very disappointing and has put me off staying at Holidsy Inn

Sensibly priced stopover for the weekend sporting event.
Pros:

3:00 pm check in. Room was on ground floor. Decent sized room with co.fortable twin bed.
Responded quickly to issue with shower not working correctly.

Cons:

Hairdrier woyud be better if I could hold it freely in front of the mirror. Shower could do with updating.

Good hotel in right location for us. Building a bit tired; need to keep up M&E maintenance.

Comfortable beds. Clean room. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Aircon unit in room (128) was noisy even when switched off, so not a good night's sleep. Not the first stay where we had noises (water? heating? fans?) in the room.
