Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Zimmer ruhig und die Betten sehr bequem. Wer ein TV braucht, ist dort gut versorgt, die Freidrinks in der Minibar sind eine nette Geste. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Der Abzug im fensterlosen Bad hat nicht funktioniert. An der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, das funktioniere nirgends. Aha. Ich bin auch keiner, dem man das Bett machen muss, aber dass vier Tage lang niemand zumindest den Mülleimer leert oder nach dem Handtüchern sieht (was soll dann der Hinweis zu auf den Boden/Stange überhaupt?) geht eigentlich gar nicht.
Insgesamt frönt man hier der ziemlichen Übertreibung. Fitness und Wellness laut Betreiber. Vor Ort sagte man mir, nee Fitness...habe man eigentlich nicht. Es stehen ein Trimmrad und ein Crosstrainer im Liegebereich der Sauna, wobei das Personal nicht wusste, wie diese in Betrieb genommen werden. Das Hotel liegt zwar nahe Südbahnhof und auch ein Bus hält gleich um die Ecke. Die Umgebung mit Plattenbau, Tankstelle und Schnellrestaurant ist aber keinesfalls wie vom Betreiber dargestellt "im Herzen der Stadt". Und ein Zimmer, welches nicht mal einen Kleiderschrank, sondern nur eine Art Regal hat, als "luxuriös" zu bezeichnen, ist schon übertrieben. 20€ pro Person für Frühstück finde ich persönlich sehr teuer, mit Kind 40 € pro Tag nur für ein Frühstück... kann ich mir nicht leisten, daher nicht probiert.
