Un soggiorno perfetto: accoglienza, pulizia e professionalità ai massimi livelli. Consigliatissimo!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. L’ambiente è elegante, accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio. La pulizia è impeccabile e si percepisce grande attenzione verso gli ospiti. Il personale è stato sempre estremamente gentile, educato, professionale e disponibile. La posizione è ottima e ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Tornerò sicuramente e la consiglio senza esitazione.

Pros:

Reception staff were very welcoming. Room was big, spacious and spotless. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom included robes and large walk in shower. Breakfast was one of the best I've had with lots of variety.

Infraestrutura de ar condicionado deficiente, funcionários até prestativos, porém com limitações
Pros:

Localização, tamanho do quarto, banheiro e café da manhã.

Cons:

Estava fazendo 38 graus em Roma, e simplesmente o ar condicionado do quarto demorou a funcionar. Quando funcionou, não resfriou adequadamente e passamos bastante calor na hora de dormir.

Cons:

Banheiro bom, mas local para tomar banho terrível. Primeiro que detesto chuveiro + banheira, isso já foi ruim, mas tinha algo pior. A torneira de encher e banheira é uma verdadeira arma perigosíssima. Foi horrível pq tínhamos pouco espaço no chuveiro pra tomar banho e todos os banhos foram muito tensos, com muito medo da torneira rasgar nossa perna. Foi terrível!!! Muito ruim mesmo. De resto, tudo ótimo, mas o local do banho, não poderia ser pior.

Recepção maravilhosa no hotel. Viva ROMA, a Cidade Eterna que nos encantam.

Chegada no quarto e surpreendidos com um maravilhoso espumante pela estadia em Lua de Mel. O café da manhã foi delicioso com variedades tudo muitíssimo gostoso. Atendimento maravilhoso e funcionários super atenciosos. Localização ótima fazendo todo o passeio à pé. Roma é lindo demais. Obrigado pela ótima estadia que tivemos. Super recomendado pela maravilhosa recepção.
