Great location, Wonderful service
Pros:

Wonderful staff and location and the restaurant is very good. Comfortable, good but completely not secured Wifi.

Cons:

Waiting for a room on arrival until exactly 3:00 pm.

Gutes Haus, klare Empfehlung
Pros:

Gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom Kollosseum entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer gut ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Absoluter Pluspunkt: Frühstück bis 12:00 Uhr möglich auf der Dachterrasse mit gutem Ausblick. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und können es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Obwohl das Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre stattfindet, könnte die Auswahl ein bisschen größer sein.

Pros:

Centrally located, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Grocery store options all around = very good location.

Perfect! Would choose again in a heartbeat!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great place to visit the Colosseum & forum but also many beautiful basilica’s.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Really enjoyed the rooftop bar in the evenings. Some lovely cocktails and the staff were great.

Location is good close to colosseum and ruins and the street of the hotel is relatively calm

Cons:

Hotel is super expensive for what it is , you pay a rate that is very high and the hotel is basic and it is not very clean

Cons:

Our first room was 310, beautiful, spacious. Unfortunately, it was right below terrace bar and restaurant. They move furniture bet 11pm and midnight, after bar closes then again at 5 - 6 am to set up for breakfast. First 2 nights, terrible short sleep. They let us move last 2 nights. Inconvenient, but we did. The 2nd room was smaller with much smaller bathroom. I inquired as to rate adjustment, they said no since new room although smaller, was same rate. They gave us a free breakfast. Didn't sit well...

Cons:

Petit déjeuner assez pauvre et pas au niveau du reste de l'établissement.
Pas de possibilité d'avoir un oeuf à la coque ou au plat, sans payer un supplément. Assez surprenant.

Exceptionally comfortable
Pros:

Location was fantastic! We were traveling with a 6 month old and the staff was incredibly kind and supportive of our needs. The hotel rooms were generous in size especially for Europe. The Breakfast spread was wonderful as well!

Aucune information avant l’arrivée, déplacement inutile.

Service déplorable.

Cons:

Expérience totalement inadmissible.

Réservation confirmée via Booking, déplacement jusqu’à l’établissement… pour constater à l’arrivée qu’aucune chambre n’était disponible. Aucun message, aucun appel, aucune information préalable.

Le client découvre la situation sur place, après s’être déplacé inutilement.

Encore plus choquant : il est demandé d’annuler la réservation, ce qui aurait entraîné des frais, alors même que la défaillance ne provient absolument pas du client.

Manque total de professionnalisme et gestion profondément défaillante. Ce type de pratique est inacceptable.
