Dentro de un hotel de 4 estrellas, poco que destacar

Cons:

Habitación y espacios muy obsoletos. En la habitación se escuchaban perfectamente los ruidos de otras habitaciones, la puerta de la terraza no cerraba bien, ningún tipo de amenities, ni siquiera agua en la nevera, limpieza deficitaria; en edificio donde se encuentra la habitacion no cuenta con ascensor lo que perjudica mucho la subida de maletas. Espacios sin renovar. Colas para el desayuno.

Tranquila, relajada y satisfactoria
Pros:

El desayuno estupendo, la ubicación muy buena, el sitio muy tranquilo.
El personal muy amable y atento

Cons:

En la habitación no todo estaba preparado para nuestra llegada. No funcionaba la nevera, el armario tenía una balda estropeada y no teníamos perchas, que las tuvimos que pedir. La caja fuerte estaba bloqueada y tuvimos que avisar para que nos lo arreglaran.

La televisión no conectaba con los dispositivos electrónicos para poder ver vídeos en ella, y no tuvo solución durante toda la estancia.

Tener que esperar para conseguir mesa tanto en el desayuno como en la cena.

Cons:

Servicen var inte särskilt lösningaorienterad. Barmenyn kunde varit lite mer varierad, alternativt möjlighet att beställa a la carte.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had in this price range, I would not return even if I was paid to do so.

The location and surroundings are beautiful, and the concept of the resort has potential.

Cons:

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The staff was far below expectations. Throughout our three days, everything felt completely disorganized. Orders were forgotten, random items were added to our bills, and we were charged twice on multiple occasions. Food service was chaotic, dishes arrived at completely different times, sometimes when others had already finished eating. Check-in took over an hour despite a large number of staff present. The room we were initially given was only partially renovated and half-painted, which felt unacceptable for this price level.

Viajaba con mi pareja para pasar unos días de nuestra luna de miel y ha sido una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida.
Las instalaciones y el personal increíble.
Mi pareja es muy intolerante a la lactosa y en el buffet recibió ayuda por parte de todos los trabajadores.
La comida no tiene contaminación cruzada.
Muchísima variedad y super bien organizado todo.
