Cons:

The person that was in the front desk, who was a woman was very rude since the beginning and trying to pressure us dude to the room with one price and she wanted to charge $40 extra. I thought she told us you know I just go to another hotel on though they should remove that person. From the position because she has no customer service skills at all and very rude.

Great pool, free shuttle.
Pros:

Free airport shuttle. Nicely landscaped pool and hot tub. Sauna in the exercise room. Good snack options at the front desk. Comfortable. We really liked this hotel and will stay here again when in Portland.

Cons:

Noisy. Get a room with one bed overlooking the pool. Rooms with two beds either hear constant highway noise or garbage trucks on Wednesdays at 3 am!

Good Stay
Pros:

This place is 100000% better than the Holiday Inn Airpott PDX. The front desk is much more detail oriented and informative with all inquiries. They were helpful with scheduling the shuttle.
The fitness center has a sauna and was well kept.

Cons:

Sometimes u can hear if neighbors r loud

Worth it for price, cleanliness and comfort!
Pros:

Everything was clean and well kept. The room was great with the desk and chair and then an additional comfortable chair. The bathroom was small but adequate in every way.

Cons:

The refrigerator didn't really get cold. It was in a TV cabinet and didn't get ventilation, my husband said.

Good value for location and kind staff
Pros:

Great location in being close to our swim event, airport, nearby food and shopping, nice part of Portland. They give passes for free parking and offer park and ride to airport. Staff are always super kind.

Cons:

Our last room was near to the front which is noisier (for those with kids to be aware of) from both traffic side and the morning rush to food. The carpet had some issues, the tv was stuck on Spanish (eventually fixed that on my own) and some mirror and bathroom sports were missed on cleaning up. I really wish there were any diabetic/vegetarian food options in the am! Even a non dairy milk for coffee would be awesome! I've learned to ensure I pack all my own.
