Pros:

The staff were great. We had a situation where my husband was going to be admitted in the hospital the next day and they were so kind and allowed us to stay a little later because the hospital admit was delayed.

Cons:

It was all good, the bed was a bit hard for me but my husband said it was very comfortable for him.

how the morning shift staff told my kids that there was NO breakfast. inside our room the icebox was not really cool and microvave was broken. i hope this is changed in the future or you get more complaints.

Beautiful courtyard, close to airport.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Our window faced a trailer park. Homeless guy stayed at the back porch steps zoned out.

Cons:

No homeless. New carpet. Smelled frank.

Tom saved the day.
Pros:

Room, breakfast and bed were nice. BUT, I can't say enough nice things about the desk clerk, Tom. Booking.com had screwed up my reservation and would not cover the second room that I had paid for. I spent an hour on the phone with someone from booking.com to no avail. I finally canceled the second room with Tom's help and he was able to get me a discount that came close to the booking.com price. He spent time on the phone trying to help me with Booking. He brought us water and snacks. He went over and above what anyone else would do.

Cons:

I don't know if I will use booking.com again. They did not satisfy my needs and the person on the phone, who I had to wait 20 mins to talk to a person after driving all day and another 40 mins talking to Karen T. Very disappointed. in booking.com
