The face-to-face reception is located at Av. Zaragoza No. 5 (Hotel Avenida).
Parking is available at €15 per night (€25 during San Fermines), and must be reserved in advance due to limited availability.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and surprisingly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax after a long day. The bathroom was modern, clean, and well-equipped, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The buffet breakfast offered a great selection of food and was a fantastic way to start each day. Everything was fresh and regularly replenished, with plenty of options to suit different tastes.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to assist whenever needed. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, access local attractions, and enjoy the many nearby restaurant options.
Overall, this was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent facilities, a great breakfast, and helpful staff. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.
We initially experienced a mix-up during check-in, as we were given the wrong room number and the access code did not work. Unfortunately, this occurred during the afternoon siesta period, so it took a couple of hours before we were able to get in contact with someone. However, once staff returned and were available, they responded promptly and resolved the issue for us. Aside from this, everything else went smoothly and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Habitación limpia, amplia.
La atención del personal, poca disposición de personal, están en un horario muy limitado, la atención de la persona que nos recibió en el checkin muy prepotente. Se hizo consulta si el establecimiento era pet friendly, nos comentaron que no se aceptaban, a la hora de hacer el check in nos comentaron que nos iban a estar vigilando. Evidentemente si nos dicen que no aceptan mascotas, no iremos con ella, está demás el comentario.
