The bathroom is too small, and the shower drain was blocked.
My baby was bitten by something in the camcot, but nothing was found after the team investigated. I did get feedback.

The rate of the new room was exorbitant.
I had asked to move rooms because the room I booked had a loft and it was not too safe for my 2 year old.
We were moved to another room for the night, at a huge cost.
I am still awaiting my refund on the initial booking. Please assist with this

Cons:

Não gostei do cheiro de cigarro no corredor do pavimento de onde ficamos hospedados. Tinha uma placa que era proibido fumar, mas todos os dias havia cheiro de cigarro/tabaco.

Pleasent. Not bad.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and polite and accommodating. There was a guarded parking and the neighbourhood felt saver than other neighbourhoods of CapeTown. Towels were clean. The room also looked clean. The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

There was mold in the shower corners. You could hear every sound coming from outside. You could hear every door that opened and closed. Also traffic outside was hear-able. The airco unit made a lot of noise. The croissants weren’t freshly made.

Fijne gelegen hotel bij Waterfront
Pros:

We zochten een hotel dichtbij (op loopafstand) Waterfront voor onze laatste (halve) nacht in Kaapstad. Dit hotel voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen, het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was voldoende voor 1 nacht en schoon. Omdat we midden in de nacht moesten vertrekken ivm een vroege vlucht misten we het ontbijt maar kregen zonder te vragen de mogelijkheid om een ontbijt voor onderweg te bestellen.

Cons:

De airco werkte niet naar behoren. Omdat we slechts een paar uren konden slapen en het niet echt warm was hebben we dit niet gemeld.
