It was a good stay.
Pros:

Clean, convenient and cost effective.

Cons:

Staff response takes a while. They had to apologise by offering a token of sympathy after they failed to provide me with iron and ironing board for about 15 minutes.

Excellent hotel and staff, really nice rooms, gym and amenities.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, The staff was very helpful. The gym and pool were very good.

The hotel is located close to the water front, but just too far away to walk to it.

Gutes Hotel nahe der Waterfront.
Pros:

Ein prima Hotel fußläufig zur Waterfront mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Betten sowie die Ausstattung im Zimmer und im Bad waren gut.

Cons:

Die Bar in der Lobby schließt leider schon um 23.00 Uhr.

Room was spacious, comfortable bed, kettle and a small fridge was a great addition, Supermarket close by and marina within a walking distance

Cons:

pool was a bit disappointing, I mean it felt like in a middle of a carpark.

Hotel ideally located a short distance from the Waterfront. Staff very helpful and polite.

Hotel room was clean and big powerful shower was brilliant to relax in after a hard day doing touristy things!

Cons:

Having breakfast on the first monring, staff landed down with a bill for breakfast. I had to go to reception and show them that breakfast was included in my booking. Somehow it wasn't showing up on my booking.

Found the situation embarrassing that a Bill was landed to me in front of the group I was with. Even more embarrassing was I had to dig out the receipt to show I had breakfast included.

Not a major inconvenience, just an embarrassment that my booking didn't follow through to hotel record.
