لا شيء.. سوى قبلاتٍ أرسلها عبر الأثير لتُطبع على جبين الكل فردًا فردا وخصوصًا تلك السيدة الكبيرة قدرًا ومقامًا؛ من الهاوس كيبينج، لله درُّها كم هي حنونة، باسمة وهامسة! لم أر في طيبتها سوى أمي يرحمها الله تعالى.

Pros:

Pessoal simpático e acolhedor, bom pequeno-almoço, camas confortáveis

Cons:

Quartos com carpete que não são aspiradas diariamente (falhas na limpeza), manutenção dos quartos a melhorar (muitos defeitos à mostra).
Espera-se que os quartos de hotel de 4 estrelas estejam em perfeitas condições

Highly recommended overall. Minor improvements possible.
Pros:

Great location, underground parking (50ZAR/day), most staff were really helpful although a bit inconsistent. The room was nice, bright and clean. Most staff, particularly Robert at the front of house, was extremely helpful. We were very happy indeed overall.

Cons:

Bit of a kitchen/restaurant disaster one evening, the food took a very long time and it was cold and a little congealed. Looked like the pasta and sauce had been left on the side for maybe 20-30 mins for some reason.
When flagged to the waiter the response was "hopefully it will be better next time" which was a bit disappointing.
New management seemed to appear the next day however, we assumed as quite a few people in the restaurant the same evening seemed to be having issues.
Maybe it was a momentary hiccup then.
