great price for a great location
Pros:

Room was spacious, comfortable bed, kettle and a small fridge was a great addition, Supermarket close by and marina within a walking distance

Cons:

pool was a bit disappointing, I mean it felt like in a middle of a carpark.

Hotel ideally located a short distance from the Waterfront. Staff very helpful and polite.

Hotel room was clean and big powerful shower was brilliant to relax in after a hard day doing touristy things!

Cons:

Having breakfast on the first monring, staff landed down with a bill for breakfast. I had to go to reception and show them that breakfast was included in my booking. Somehow it wasn't showing up on my booking.

Found the situation embarrassing that a Bill was landed to me in front of the group I was with. Even more embarrassing was I had to dig out the receipt to show I had breakfast included.

Not a major inconvenience, just an embarrassment that my booking didn't follow through to hotel record.

It was such a good stay value for money and reasonable distance to many activities.
Pros:

The reception staff were so good and the security were so vigilantes and always willing to assist. The food was so tasty and lots of variety for breakfast.

Cons:

Some of the restaurants staff attitude was not good 2/ 6 staff the rest were so good.

Cons:

I've stayed at this hotel quite often. I've stayed here about 10 times in the last year. Great location, good breakfast.
But the last time, there was an incident – ​​money was stolen from my room.
I understand it's my own fault for not putting it in the safe. But I was leaving for a marathon at 3 a.m. and wasn't paying attention, leaving my bag on the table. Overall, I trusted this hotel.
The thieves didn't take all the money, just half. They probably hoped I wouldn't notice.
The hotel conducted an investigation and identified the cleaning staff who had entered the room.
They administered a polygraph test, and the test found no fault on the part of the staff.
I still haven't received my money back.
Be careful. Don't be like me.
