Noise above us made it to sleep

I was aware there were works happening but the noise of people moving about was very loud .
Especially as we went to bed early as to travel all day the next day. So so tired

Ladies at the front desk spend more time drinking coffee and smoking outside than with customers

Cons:

Women at the check in where not helpful. Parking was full and they told me I had requested the parking but they had sent a confirmation email in French and at the very bottom I had to re confirm. Very confusing. Restaurant next door is really good
