Superb location for walking around the city and also to explore by public transportation other towns or attractions in the area.
The staff was outstanding and very friendly
The bar and breakfast area have a beautiful decor. Breakfast have delicious local products and the freshly made orange juice offered is a very special delicate touch
The hotel is in a building from another era, and the size of the room was amazingly large (great!) , and the view to the front street and trees was very nice
The bed was very comfortable
The bathroom was also from another era, and although I liked the vintage large sink, the shower, toilletries and general facilities were not in line with a 4 star hotel (e.g. no washcloth yet shower gel in the shower, high slippery bathtub, unconfortable position of the shower, not enough hanging pegs or poor shelfs where to place the travel necessaire).
Dark carpets show more the dust and needs to vacuum daily (which was not, and it showed)
Trés bon hotel urbain, excellent accueil. Parfaitement situé pour une visite de Bayonne.
L'accès à l'hotel (qui est situé en semi-piétonnier) n'est pas évident en voiture vu les sens uniques innombrables. Bien suivre les indications fournies par l'hotel.
Le parking de l'hotel, situé dans une rue voisine, est situé au 5eme étage d'un immeuble ancien transformé. L'accès est extrèmement difficile vu l'étroitesse de la première montée. Grosses voitures s'abstenir et préférer un parking public.
Les chambres: fonctionnelles mais assez exigues.
Le prix: Plutôt élevé, mais sans doute justifié vu l'excellente situation.

Au bar une carte restreinte , mauvaise odeur, endroit lugubre .
Chambre j ai choisi une chambre avec des portes fenêtres et petit balcon rien de tout cela.
Pour avoir de l eau en chambre vous louer une bouteille 10€ le comble .parking 25€ et de surcroît votre voiture ne passe pas... il faut donc chercher une place en ville et biensur payant.. beaucoup trop cher pour tout ses désagrément.

Calme des chambres et qualité de la literie.
I really liked the property’s central location, which made it very convenient for exploring the town. The restaurant partner benefit card was also a great perk, and it was honoured at every restaurant I visited.
The shower gel and shampoo dispensers were either not refilled or not functioning properly, which made it difficult to shower comfortably. I would have appreciated better attention to this during the room cleaning.

La moqueta tanto en la habitación como en los pasillos y el armario tan pequeño que tenía mi habitación con solo 5 perchas solo para camisas, no tenía ninguna para colgar los pantalones por lo que apenas pude deshacer las maletas
Great location; close to everything. Room temp OK. Beds OK. Parking not at the property (normal for city center properties), maybe 5 mins walking, easy to unload bags in front of the hotel, a bit complicated the logistic to park, but very well explained by the staff. Quiet. Room floor cleanness can improve. Room size OK. Great shower. Staff friendly. WiFi slow. Ck-in/out OK. Fridge OK.
