Pros:

Great value, clean rooms, nice pool.
Pros:

Clean, staff were friendly and helpful and of course the price. The pool was a delight for the kids. Good breakfast as well.

The stay was amazing and the scenery was breath taking, definitely recommending to family an friends

Our room was not tended to during our stay so the towels and trash did tend to pile up

Minimal all around
Pros:

The room was average. Check-in was good and the woman was friendly. When I looked over the room for cleanliness, it was difficult to miss the hairs on the pillowcases. I was headed out to see a site, so I waited until I came back to ask for clean pillowcases. That woman to didn’t ask any questions or offer any assistance. The rest of the bedding seemed OK so I dealt with it. The continental breakfast was rather minima and my expectations were already low.

Pros:

En general muy limpio, comodo, moderno, con disposicion de un desayuno decente. Maquina de waffles funcionando, maquina de hielo en pasillos, cajero automatico dentro del hotel, muchos restaurantes cerca, piscina limpia, jacuzi.

Cons:

no me encanta los pisos de alfombra y creo que pudieran elevar las areas verdes con un poco mas de mantenimiento.

Location, cool clean room, and staff nice

Cons:

The continental breakfast is good but fresh fruit, or just protein eggs and bacon would be nice in lieu of donuts, carbs, and sugary foods.

It’s to bad because it has given the chain a black eye and it’s lost me as a customer
Pros:

I don’t think they washed the floor in a couple of weeks . Our bare feet were black with dirt that almost and could have been mold. NEVER AGAIN AT THAT LOCATION

Cons:

Good question, breakfast was not at all that we expected, it was the very bare of anything , we drank the juice and left.
