Excellent location. Very close to Mont Royal (less than 10 mins) and Old Montreal was not too far either. Easy access to a lot of stores and fantastic facilities (sauna, pool, gym etc). The staff were also extremely helpful and very friendly

The clean, to be honest it weren’t good, some room smelled bad I had to move to another room but the staff were very friendly and helpful
Housekeeping was everyday
For a 4 star hotel, the room was very dusty when we first arrived. There were hair pins and bobby pins in the room which was not ours.

En general nada especial. El trato de los recepcionistas. Las habitaciones estaban bastante bien
La limpieza lamentable. Estuvimos en 3 habitaciones y el suelo del baño lleno de pelos y suciedad. Las de la limpieza deben de hacer la cama, recoger la basura y ya.

Everything. I was offered a partial refund because I had been put in a room that was dirty, and then another room that was also dirty. I had to move several times and finally settled in for the night after 1,5 hours to get it right. The manager, Alex, promised me a small refund for the inconvenience, but no amount was ever mentioned. I never received that refund. I called 1 week after my stay left a message with the reception, and have yet to hear back from anyone. Don't promise if you are not going to do it. Very lousy service and accommodations. Very disappointed with the customer care. The spa facility was dirty, with a giant black spider in the steam room. Staff were unaware in the basement area where the sauna and spa could be. Nightmare.
