Le confort de la literie et la proximité du métro.

Cons:

L’état général de la chambre ainsi que la propreté laisse à désirer.
Le parquet était très dégradé, la baignoire présentait des éclats, la porte de la chambre était très fine, pas d’insonorisation du tout.

Good value for money but with a couple of caveats (which might not affect everyone)
Pros:

Good value for money. Great location, especially considering that the Metro station is only 3 minutes away and will take you anywhere in a few minutes, without been squeezed at any time of the day! No car needed really!

Cons:

My overall rating of 7/10 stems from the dated environment and an obvious effort to "keep things running", as well as the fact that the hotel does not have a business centre or even one computer with internet access available to the guests. I needed a computer with a big screen for an emergency conference call and no such service was available, which was hugely disappointing.
