We stayed for 10 days and it was perfect for our needs.
Pros:

Perfect location for us and amazingly good value.
To be clear, the hotel is NOT downtown in the centre of the city.

Cons:

No dining facilities at dinner time.

Bonne qualité/prix et confortable.
Pros:

Bonne qualité/prix pour l'emplacement. Chambre propre. J'ai beaucoup aimé d'avoir une vraie pomme de douche amovible.
Mention spéciale au ben & florentine au bon service chaleureux.

Cons:

La chambre était trop chauffée à mon goût et elle bénéficierait d'un petit rafraîchissement (planché et bain abimés)

Pros:

The price is right ,the room could have been detailed a little better (dusted and vaccum baseboards)however clean no bugs and the staff were very professional and kind ..
Will definitely go back again !
P.s The breakfast restaurant was very good ,there is a gym ,outdoor skating in winter and outdoor pool in summer .Great location super close to everything .

Cons:

I didn't like that the baseboards were dusty ,the robes had stains and under the bed was dusty .
