I like the area, and that they served breakfast, and they had friendly staff.

Cons:

The room I was in had a dirty chair, we found a roach and the ac piece was broken so it kept falling down, and I didn’t like that it wasn’t an iron in the room

The staff were wonderful. The housekeepers were so thoughtful and accommodating. I have been traveling from Ashe County to Charlotte for work and have stayed at different hotels, but I. Mm. I would stay there again.
Pros:

The only issue I experienced during my stay was the overwhelming smell of Indian food throughout my floor. I mentioned it to the receptionist, who was very polite and understanding. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.
