It was good for a one night stay
Pros:

It was quiet. The room was very clean. We enjoyed our night there

Cons:

You could smell pot down the first floor hallway where my room was. W head paid extra for an early check in but when we got there it wasn’t ready. The lady even though we pay for it we still have to wait until it is ready. She was kinda rude. Was an hour or more before we were able to check in.

Convenient And Adequate for Layovers
Pros:

It was convenient and provided shuttle service which was important. The shuttle drivers were very nice. The room was basic but comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was not to my liking as I like scrambled eggs or at least yogurt. Cereal and battered waffles are not for me. The check-in receptionist was very nice, but the check-out receptionist was not friendly or nice and a poor choice for that position.

It was a stay.
Pros:

Cozy and suited for a night's stay

Cons:

I got a room with a broken toilet and no one could help me but give me a plunger in the middle of the night that did nothing.

if it was the only choice, it's fine. I have had better for that price.
Pros:

the room was clean enough. It was nice that it had a fridge.

Cons:

I just randomly booked it when I knew I was about to be stranded in Charlotte after travelling all day (since 6am, and it was after 10pm) and having had flights cancelled all day. Other people were in the same situation. We are all exhausted and hungry and stressed out. We had to call twice for the shuttle (about 30 minutes). Arrived to an apparently overworked desk person with no help. She was kind of rude several times to people. The shuttle going back in the morning was on the hour, instead of when people actually needed it.

It was good but not the best. Strong smells
Pros:

Easy access and it’s close by many restaurants around.

Cons:

In my room there was a leak on the ceiling due to heavy rain. Also it had a strong smell of floor cleaner. Lastly I asked for a non-smoking room and the room smell a string cigarette
