Please inform Sonder The O'Connor in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
We cannot provide a crib for the studio apartments.
There's no cable, room service, or daily housekeeping.
This building has a minimum age requirement of 18. If under that age, guests must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older.
Paid parking ($20/night) is non-refundable and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Bikes are not allowed inside the apartments. Please store it on the bike rack in the parking garage.
You may hear construction noise from renovations inside the building.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr modern und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Auch war die Lage zentral und wir konnten für 22 $ / Tag im Parkhaus parken.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und direkt neben dem Bett. Im Bad gab es wenig Ablagefläche.

I felt so at home, it was almost hard to believe I was in a hotel!
Pros:

The suite far exceeded our expectations. The decor and comfort were excellent. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked, and surprise: there’s a dishwasher. We stayed only one night and we shall definitely return. So many extras and quality and price could not have been better. Recommending this hotel will be a pleasure. Thank you.

Cons:

Kreditkarte wurde viel zu früh und nicht korrekt belastet. Das Appartment war für 3 Personen gebucht - leider aber nicht hergerichtet. Das Personal war unfreundlich und meinte, das wäre Teil des Konzepts.
Wasserkocher war defekt. Man versucht dann alles in der Verwaltung einfach über eine App abzuwickeln, die aber nicht funktioniert!!
Über Booking hatte ich geschrieben und mir wurde versichert es wird geprüft. Nach Abreise hatte sich immer noch nichts geändert und keine Rückmeldung mehr!

Nach dem Check-Out Zeitpunkt wollten wir in die Tiefgarage, um zu unserem Auto zu kommen. Der Parkplatz war für 24h gezahlt. Der Zutrittscode funktionierte nicht mehr und man gewährte uns nur widerwillig und unfreundlich Zutritt!
Leider in Summe nicht empfehlenswert.
