Cercanía a transporte público. Zona residencial muy tranquila.

Cons:

No tienen sábanas encimeras, solo tienen las bajeras y los edredones.
No tienen cojines en las camas solo almohada y leer en ella resulta incómodo.

Pros:

Super zentrale Lage, gleich gegenüber die Straßenbahn und ca. 400 m die S-Bahn Station. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegenüber dem Hotel, Ruhige Lage trotz Zentrum Nähe. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Am Anreisetag war leider die Rezeption unterbesetzt bei einem voll belegten Hotel, sodass es zu erheblichen Wartezeiten kam.

Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten

Cons:

Wir haben neue Handtücher bestellt, die wurden jedoch nicht gebracht. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war extrem schwach, ein duschen fast nicht möglich

Pros:

Lage top da ruhig.
Tram Station 30m vom Hotel. Rewe 100m entfernt.
Personal trotz gefühlter beinahe Voll Auslastung immer bemüht den Gästen ne tolle Zeit zu bieten. Allgemein sehr sehr freundlich.
kleinere Kritikpunkte gibt es aber:
wenn ich 3 Zimmer buche, erwarte ich dass nahe zusammen und nicht 1 Zimmer im Nebengebäude untergebracht werden.
und wenn man merkt: oh halbes Hotel reist wg nem Konzert frühzeitig und fast gleichzeitig an, dann sollte ein früherer Checkin im System möglich sein, selbst wenn man dann noch nicht aufs Zimmer kann.

Satisfied the one night need and we enjoyed the restaurant and bar quite a bit.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren super hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Rewe gleich um die Ecke.
