Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a small but pleasant balcony. During our visit, the weather was extremely hot, so we really appreciated the air conditioning, which worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The location was also very convenient, with a tram stop and a supermarket just a short walk away, making it easy to get around and pick up anything we needed. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.
The only downsides were the pillows, which were too soft for our preference and not very comfortable. Also, one evening we wanted to buy a bottle of water, but the refrigerator where the drinks were kept was locked. We were told it would only be unlocked the following morning, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.
Rustige kamer.
Parkeren was prijzig, €25 voor een dag. Ontbijt eveneens prijzig, €21 per persoon.
Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr schmackhaft. Hotel befindet sich direkt an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle und in der Nähe des Westbahnhofes, somit konnte man Frankfurt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut erkunden.

Das unfreundliche Personal … der Zustand des Hotels. Dass das Hotel aus 3 Gebäuden besteht, die Entfernung zueinander haben. Also Gruppenbuchungen Achtung: es wird gewürfelt, wenn man den Wunsch „Zusammenwohnen“ nicht extra angibt. 😡 ( ich hatte 3 Zimmer gebucht, jedes im anderen Gebäude bekommen )

Facility poor, cleaning poor, telephone was not working so you should come down to reception if you had a request, last dat hot water was interrupted.

Der Check-in lief sehr sehr langsam, es gab nur wenig und sehr langsames Personal . Das Zimmer war zudem selbst sehr spät noch nicht fertig.
