Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο, πεντακάθαρο και τα στρώματα εξαιρετικά άνετα, ακόμη και του καναπέ. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πάντα πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Το πάρκινγκ ήταν πολύ εύκολο και βολικό. Ακριβώς έξω από το ξενοδοχείο υπήρχαν όλα όσα θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κάποιος: σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνοι, εστιατόρια και διάφορα καταστήματα. Επίσης, η στάση του μετρό βρισκόταν ακριβώς έξω από το ξενοδοχείο, αν και εμείς επιλέξαμε να μετακινούμαστε με ταξί. Όλα ήταν άψογα και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά! Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Pros:

The room is clean, good size, bathroom is good, the location is 15 min walk to city center or by bus 2 stop station ( station just infront the hotel) then 1 stop station by tram .

Cons:

The A/C is very bad.

I found the Hotel generally very good, hotel staff were very helpful
Pros:

Room was comfortable, and cleaned regularly, large choice for breakfast, cooked breakfast was nice and hot, the location was towards the edge of the main city, but was conveniently located for the office, and local food establishments, right next to the tram station, safe underground parking

Cons:

Good points can also be an issue, in this case it was a little noisier on that side of the building

Pros:

Typisch für die Mercure-Kette sind die freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, wobei NRW/Köln immer besonders freundliche sind.

Unsere Suite war wie erwartet. Erstaunlich fand ich jedoch, dass der Wohnzimmer/Essbereich etwas karg und spartanisch gestaltet war.

Cons:

S.o. zum Ambiente.
Das Schlafsofa hatte auch schon seine Zeiten gehabt und es gibt inzwischen schon bessere Exemplare.

Pros:

Das Hotel wird sehr sauber gehalten. An der Rezeption geht es freundlich und zügig zu. Die Zimmer verfügen über eine Nasszelle mit großer Dusche ( d.h. mehr als genügend Platz). Es ist leise, das Frühstück ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig, auch das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Vielen Dank dafür!
Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, an einer U-Bahn-Haltestelle, von der aus man nicht nur das eigentliche Zentrum erreicht, sondern auch die Bahnhöfe Deutz und den Hbf.
Bis zum Severinstor läuft man ca.10 min, auch der Domplatz ist in der anderen Richtung genauso fußläufig zu erreichen wie das Rheinufer.
Im Hotel befindet sich eine Bar/ ein Restaurant, in den man abends gut den Tag ausklingen lassen kann.
Ich werde das Hotel wieder wählen, sollte mich mein Weg erneut nach Köln führen.

Cons:

Ich hatte nichts auszusetzen.
