Cons:

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe. There was constant sewage odour in the room and my report got no response. The room is small and dirty. Located beside the railway track, loud train noise can still be clearly heard even with windows shut. The staff had a bad attitude; they gave us the wrong room without any apology or compensation

Tolles Hotel in Top-Lage
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Es verfügte über super bequeme Betten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
Das Hotel liegt in der Südstadt von Köln. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich unmittelbar vor dem Hoteleingang. Auch die U-Bahnhaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. Man kommt somit unkompliziert zum Chlodwigplatz und in die Bonnerstraße, in die Innenstadt (z. B. Dom und Bahnhof), nach Deutz (z. B. zur Lanxess-Arena) sowie nach Ehrenfeld.
Das Frühstück war fabelhaft. Man sollte es unbedingt mal ausprobieren!
Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage, in der man problemlos Parkplätze (ohne vorherige Reservierung für 21 €/Tag) bekommt und die über einen Zugang zum Hotel verfügt.

Cons:

Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln!

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg goed. De locatie was prina, metro en bus stoppen nagenoeg voor de deur. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Müsste 3 x meine persönlichen Daten aufschreiben.
Im Vorfeld per Anfrage dann 3 Tage vor den Check in und beim Check in nochmal.
Beim Auschecken sollte ich dann noch einmal meine Daten aufschreiben.
Sorry das ist ein Chaosladen.
Wollte die Tiefgarage direkt bei Check in zahlen da meinte die Kollegin das es besser wäre erst beim Check Out zu zahlen. Es wäre dann günstiger.
Beim Check Out meinte eine andere Dame das es gar keine Unterschiede bei den Tarif n gibt

Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, gute Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus unter dem Hotel

Cons:

kein Schwimmbad, Fitnessraum gering ausgestattet, zu teuer für die Leistung
