It was easy as nice stay.
Pros:

Location was fantastic just near to train station and city enter.

Gut erreichbar. Relativ ruhig. Parkplatz.

Cons:

Die Fenster sind sehr schlecht und dichten überhaupt nicht ab. Somit kommt der Wind und Kälte rein und bei Sturm war es unglaublich laut.

Pros:

The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The room was poorly isolated, i could feel the cold draft enter from crevices of the window and i could also hear the noise outside (trains, cars, people)
There was construction going on, which they did not inform us of. During the whole day there was endless drilling and hammering. The noise was unbearable, which made it difficult to work.
The elevators didn't work for one night and i had to use the stairs. When i approached the front desk, they said welp, a little movement isn't bad for the body.
I found a fruit fly in my orange juice.
