Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons séjourné en Mars à l'hôtel Mercure à Niort et nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. L'hôtel est tout d'abord très bien situé à deux pas du centre ville. Grand parking. Excellent accueil. Réceptionnistes très accueillantes, souriantes et très disponibles pour répondre aux demandes des clients. Le confort des chambres est au top: très bonne literie. Grande salle de bains. Bonne isolation des chambres. Propreté irréprochable des lieux! Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel: immense choix de mets salés et sucrés. Le restaurant est également fabuleux. Tout d'abord merci à Thierry pour son accueil, enthousiasme et professionnalisme qui, avec Clément et Yacine, assurent un service au top! Belle qualité des mets servis. Beau séjour, très agréable. Nous reviendrons !

Dommage que les économies nécessaires sans doute se sentent à ce point là dans un4 étoiles

La chambre le petit déjeuner l’emplacement le parking

Cons:

Il faisait froid dans le hall on est arrivés un dimanche soir, froid aussi dans la chambre et dans la sdb

La pression de la douche faible et les serviette de toilette dignes d’un 2 étoiles ..on sent les économies….

Very pleasant hotel felt home from home
Pros:

Very lovely hotel. Shades of green and unique design. We arrived late but the staff still made sure we were feed and watered making us a lovely meat and cheese platter nothing was too much trouble.

très bon petit déjeuner
chambre confortable
mais grande douche serait préférable à la baignoire .

Cons:

ascenseur en panne
par escalier claquement à l'ouverture et fermeture des portes de l'escalier
dans la chambre ,proximité des ventilations et des climatisations , en contrebas ,on entends donc un bruit de fonds.
