Mittelprächtliches Hotel mit zentraler Lage und durchschnittlichen Leistungen wie Frühstück

c'est un bon 3 étoiles mais pas 4 ....

chambres spacieuse et propre . vue superbe sur la mer et le port . personnel sympathique et très pro et de très bon conseil pour indiquer de bons restaurants notamment. hôtel idéalement placé avec une piscine fort agréable . le petit déjeuner est très bien .le service d'étage est très bien .
toutes ces qualités font qu'on passe plus facilement sur les défauts ....

Cons:

même si l'hôtel était bien , il tient plus d'un bon 3 étoiles que d'un 4 étoiles .
il est assez vieillissant . il a connu ses heures de gloire , mais elles sont passées , même s'il y a de beaux restes .
certes il y a 2 ascenseurs pour monter dans les étages , mais ils ne descendent pas jusqu'à la salle du petit déjeuner et du restaurant , ce qui est assez étonnant . la literie n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles ! et à l'heure des téléphones portables , il n'y a pas de prises aux chevets ! encore une chose surprenante pour un 4 étoiles !
bref une certaine déception au regard des tarifs proposés .....

Once great hotel now gone down hill.

Here’s a stronger version that is firm and factual without sounding overly emotional:

A very disappointing stay, particularly given the basic standards you would expect from a hotel.

The air-conditioning in our room did not work, and the manager advised us that this was apparently the same throughout the hotel. We were told that an engineer would attend to look at the problem, but nobody ever came and no further update was provided.

To make matters worse, there was a very loud disco taking place on the marina outside the hotel, which continued until around midnight. This made it extremely difficult to sleep, especially with no functioning air-conditioning and therefore little option but to have the room open to the outside noise. When we raised the issue with the hotel, there appeared to be very little interest in helping or finding any practical solution.

More generally, the hotel is looking very tired and worn and is clearly in need of refurbishment. The breakfast was also extremely poor and well below the standard we would expect.

Even some of the basics have been overlooked. There are no electrical sockets conveniently located beside the bed, which is surprising for a hotel today.

Overall, the combination of non-functioning air-conditioning, excessive noise, poor breakfast, tired facilities and an apparent lack of interest from the hotel in resolving problems made this a very disappointing experience.

I can also make it a little sharper and more impactful for TripAdvisor or Google Reviews while keeping it credible and fair.

L’emplacement était bien avec une belle vue

Cons:

La chambre était rempli de poussière des serviettes salle on avait pris un lit double il nous ont collé deux petits matelas pas confortable qui se séparer au milieu de la nuit et on se lever chaque instant pour le recoller

Le séjour était très agréable, comme en 2024.
Pros:

Situation géographique, personnel souriant et disponible.

Cons:

Nettoyage du sol perfectible. Une douche à l'italienne serait appréciée. Tarif petit-déjeuner un peu élevé.
