La piscine, le SPA et la salle de sport étaient propres, bien chauffés, large ouverture horaire et entièrement fonctionnels même hors WE (dimanche soir et lundi matin). Très bon accueil et renseignements sur alentours.

Petite pause enchantée au Mercure Cabourg
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux super petit dej , SPA très agréable . Chambre conforme aux attentes, petite mais c’était ok pour 2.
Le sourire a l’accueil , au petit dej , aux soins et chez la femme de chambre , nous reviendrons avec plaisir 🥰

Pros:

Emplacement impeccable, pas très loin du centre ville et du bord de plage. Poser la voiture et tout faire à pied!
Hôtel très confortable, accueil agréable, petit-déjeuner plus que correct.

Cons:

Je sais bien que pour des souci s d'environnement , les sacs poubelles sont un peu proscrit mais cela m'a gêné de mettre mes déchets à même la poubelle de la salle de bain . La brosse à toilette n'est plus et c'est vraiment gênant de pas pouvoir nettoyer sa cuvette de toilettes. Je pense aux personnels faisant la chambre et la salle de bain. C'est juste une constatation, plus en empathie envers le personnel. Sinon le séjour s'est très bien passé , j'ai apprécié le confort de l'Hôtel et l'amabilité du personnel
