Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, sehe freundliches Personal Parkplatz in Tiefgarage 10€ pro Tag, mit direkten Zugang zu Hotel.

Cons:

Badezimmer ein bisschen klein, und die Toilette war für mich viel zu niedrig. Meine Körpergröße 174 cm. Bei 4 Personen wird die Wohnzimmer Sofa als Bett umgebaut, so das man kein gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten mehr hat.

Ein interessantes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Auf Wünsche nach vielfältigerem und zusätzlichem Frischobst wurde eingegangen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte ein gutes Sortiment und der Frühstücksraum (davon gab es 2 räumlich getrennte) eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Für das Frühstücksbuffet wäre eine individuellere Auswahl an frischem Obst wünschenswert.
Des Weiteren gab es eine leichte Geruchsbeeinträchtigung im Bad deren Ursache unklar war. Die Dusche empfanden wir als etwas zu klein.
Ein vorab reservierter Tisch wurde bestätigt, war aber leider als solcher nicht erkennbar.

Zentrales und einfaches Stadthotel für Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Alles in allem OK, fussläufig zur Straßenbahn, die zum Hbf fährt, Auswahl beim Frühstück in Ordnung

Cons:

Frühstücksraum morgens sehr überfüllt, Parkplatz abgesperrt, mussten uns an der Straße irgendwo einen Parkplatz suchen, Parkhaus gegen Gebühr

Cons:

Leider war der Frühstücksraum etwas klein, so dass es kurze Wartezeiten bzgl. Sitzplatz gab und die Mitarbeiter mit dem Auffüllen vom Buffet nicht so schnell hinterher kamen.
Nicht so schlimm, wir hatten ja Zeit, aber deswegen nur 9 statt 10 Punkte.

A good hotel in a useful location
Pros:

Stayed before back in 2024. Still a good hotel in a good location for our purposes. Excellent breakfast buffet with convenient early opening times. Nice staff - pleasant and helpful.
The Stammhaus bar/restaurant right next door is a definite olus.

Cons:

As in 2024 our wc/shower had a most disagreeable smell of drains (reduced slightly when the shower was used or cublcle doors closed.
