Teils gut, teils schlecht.
Pros:

Sauberkeit der Zimmer, zentrale Lage. Sehr gutes Essen (Restaurant am Abend und Frühstücksbuffet). Freundliches Personal an der Bar.

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption nur teilweise freundlich und kompetent. Obwohl Hotelgarage vorhanden wird man abends in eine 300 m weite Tiefgarage geschickt. Angeblich billiger Wochenendtarif (Am Freitag?), jedoch gleich teuer wie sich nachher herausgestellt hat. Auf die Hotelgarage wurde nicht hingewiesen, deshalb bin ich als Frau alleine im Dunkeln durch eine riesige Tiefgarage und teilweise die Straße entlang gelaufen, was mich sehr geärgert hat.

Die Lage ist super. Nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Leider Baustelle vor der Tür.
Frühstück war lecker und vielseitig. Personal sehr aufmerksam und nett. Congresszentrum direkt daneben.
Preisleistung trotz Mängel okay.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich mit starken Flecken.
Treppenaufgang ist nur für den Notfall. So hatte man es uns an der Rezeption übermittelt. Wenn jemand keinen Aufzug mag....ganz schlecht.
Kühlschrank im Zimmer leicht mit schimmel.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Nettes ,zuvorkommendes Personal. Ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer .
Wir konnten die Tiefgarade des Hotels gegen Gebühr nutzen .Das Frühstücksbüffet war lecker und ausreichend.
