The Lift can't be used. Lift door is packed with cleaning stuff. The noise isolation is basically not working.

Pros:

This hotel is my go-to place whenever I'm in Derby. The staff are friendly, helpful and fantastic. The hotel is clean, the bar and restaurant are amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone
