Staff helpful and friendly, rooms clean
Lift not working
Very affordable, comfortable and well situated hotel in the city of Derby. I particularly appreciated the staff at the restaurant as he made so much effort for us to have a great Breakfast.

very central location to the train station and easy access to busses
bathroom reeked of eggs, even though it was clean, must be something to do with the sewers. Small stain on bedsheets and mattress was uncomfortable (massive dip in the bed and hard as stone)

2 minutes' walk to the train station. Spacious rooms, amazing staff.
Full English breakfast was good. They were very attentive and accommodating.
We had the disability room. It would have been better with a walk in shower rather than a shower/tub.
Had a car park next to it, the front desk : the gentleman was very polite & helpful. It was very clean. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. You had an option for breakfast which was hot food or cold. Tea, coffee or cold drinks.
Would I go again to stay : yes I would 💯
