Near to Center nice place
Needs a bit of tlc
The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble
Location and budget friendly
Lots of wear and tear in the room, and found used towel in the bathroom. Noise from outside and corridor were big.
Really wasn’t expecting much for the price of the room, however I was left very pleasantly surprised. Room was large & clean, with good facilities.
Not a fan of the key code system to get into a room, I prefer a card or a key
Staff were excellent: polite, cheerful and helpful.

Would have been good to know entrance to car park is on Park Street, not Midland Road. Satnav takes you to railway station area. Missed the car park after a long drive and ended up in railway long stay. Avoid if possible £££!
Room 102 a bit noisy from stairs and movement above during night.
Room was clean and staff responded quickly to challenges.
Basic set up, some build up int bathroom made it feel unclean.
Furniture was simplistic.
Coded locks were difficult to use and my initial one was broken.
Lift out of order which made carrying my heavy suitcase up several flights of stairs very challenging.
I had nice stay - Hayat at reception helped us alot -

Location was good near city plenty amenties near .
The interior was fair . Room was not to bad either value for what I payed ..
The main issue for me the room was to cloae to hall entrance door . That was noisey people in out during night .
The room above me had really sqeekey floor boards that was really annoying after a while .
Shuffling around the room .
The car park was expensive for all night parking 18 pounds . So declined that .
Finally the outside condition of building was vey poor plaster work .exterior.
