Czepiając się na siłę:
- trochę nieogarnięta organizacja śniadania. Byliśmy 30 min przed końcem i brakowało wszystkiego (potraw, naczyń, wody). Na zamówienie ciepłego dania z menu czekało się nieprzyzwoicie długo (samo jedzonko po zamówieniu było szybko)
- Ograniczony dostęp do wody pitnej. W pokoiku mała buteleczka, dystrybutora do wody pitnej poza strefą spa nie zauważyliśmy

Wrong room.
Pros:

Beautiful clean specious apartment.

Cons:

I booked a Deluxe apartment. On arrival I was assigned room 230. The room didn't look like the Deluxe apartment so I went down to reception saying I didn't think this was what I booked. Receptionist told me each apartment/room in the same class looks different and she double confirmed 230 was a Deluxe apartment. After expressing disappointment I got a room 200. This one was much much bigger, had more furniture, obviously another class. 2 weeks after I called the hotel. I said I would like to book room 230. They said 230 was a deluxe room. This one is about half the price I paid. Basically I was given a deluxe room instead of deluxe apartment. Without being persistent I would stay in the wrong room while paying for apartment. I need to mention I arrived at 1.30 pm and asked if my apartment is ready. Receptionist said it was ready so I could move in. She didn't say anything that it would be a half price room (comparing to the one I booked). This situation doesn't justify what happened. I was assured room 230 was what I paid for.

The pool was overrun with screaming kids and being in a cave like atmosphere, it was LOUD… not
