Niestety nie spełnił oczekiwań
Pros:

Spa, wiele ciekawych elementów spa, czystość , bardzo fajne łóżka z masażem wodnym ( których nigdzie nie spotkałam). Panie sprzątające bardzo sympatyczne i pomocne.

Cons:

Niestety wiele. Personel (oprócz Pań sprzątających) po prostu niemiły. Wszytsko robione od niechcenia bez uprzejmości. Nie czuliśmy się mile widziani. Mały wybór śniadań, niektóre rzeczy ( np. sery, pasta jajeczna) niestety nie były najświeższe. Ekspres do kawy i gorącej wody non stop wyświetlał komunikat "wezwij serwis". Bardzo fajna strefa spa i basen, z którego nie mogliśmy korzystać ponieważ byliśmy z dziećmi, a dzieci po godzinie 19 mają zakaz przebywania w strefie spa i na basenie. Zgłaszając rezerwację podałam ilość osób ( 2 dorosłych i dwoje dzieci), a w pokoju były tylko 3 miejsca do spania - jedno łóżko podwójne i jedno pojedyncze. Po telefonie do recepcji Pani z obsługi przyprowadziła dostawkę. Również parking budził niepokój - auto trzeba zostawić przed hotelem na środku ulicy na awaryjnych światłach, po kilkunastu minutach kierowca zabierał auto na parking, którego lokalizacji nie poznaliśmy. Nie skorzystamy więcej z oferty tego hotelu. Nie jest wart swojej ceny

Spędziłam w hotelu bardzo miły czas. Strefa SPA i Wellness przerosła moje oczekiwania.
Pros:

Śniadanie było smaczne i niczego w nim nie brakowało. By było idealne zwróciłabym większą uwagę na dania serwowane w karty menu śniadaniowego. Wspaniale by również było gdyby była dostępna kawa inna aniżeli espresso np. przelewowa lub z ekspresu korbowego. To są jednak drobne uwagi ponieważ nie ma na co narzekać. Śniadanie było na prawdę smaczne.

Cons:

Jeżeli już miałabym się czepiać to poprawiłabym menu restauracji Malinowa. Jest ono bardzo ciężkie, porcje bardzo duże, a nie są w pełni złożone przez co trzeba zamawiać dodatki osobno. Zdaję sobie jednak sprawę, że dla wielu osób duże porcje mogą stanowić zaletę. Dla nas były one zbyt duże przez co spora część się marnowała.

Ładne wnętrze i dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Duży minus za widok z pokoju, dosłownie na mur. Miał być to pokój o podwyższonym standardzie. Obsługa w hotelu raczej mało pomocna, od recepcji po obsługę restauracji.
