Jedyny plus to widok z restauracji

Cons:

Przebywalismy w 3 rodziny, w jednym pokoju urwał sie kran podczas nalewania wody do wanny, w drugim wywaliło korki, balkony nie domykały się-usterki zostały naprawione. W żadnym pokoju nie było pilota do klimatyzacji a w pokoju zimno. Śniadania dość skromne, bez żadnych deserków czy nawet galaretki dla dzieci a najgorsze jest to, że córka wylądowała w szpitalu, ponieważ okazało się, że ma samonelle. W internecie można znaleźć wypowiedzi o jakości jedzenia w hotelu... ogólny stan hotelu to taki prl, atrakcje dla dzieci płatne jedynie sala z dmuchanie trampolina i małpie gejem za darmo.

Smaczne śniadania. Przyjazny personel. Dużo atrakcji i udogodnień dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Miałam nieprzyjemną sytuację w restauracji. Zamówiłam dwie pizze na wynos. Moi znajomi chwilę wcześniej czekali kilka minut, dlatego po 30 minutach zapytałam, czy pizza jest już gotowa. Wtedy zrobiło się zamieszanie i pizza została wydana. Tłumaczono, że był problem z piecem, stąd wydłużony czas oczekiwania, ale miałam wrażenie, że po prostu o mnie zapomnieli. Pizza była sucha jak wiór, dzieci nie chciały jej jeść, więc w ogóle nie powinna być wydana. Dla mnie też była niezjadliwa. Byliśmy już w drodze do domu, więc nie było możliwości reklamacji. W tej klasie hotelu takie sytuacje nie powinny mieć miejsca...
