Good stay in Ibis Styles Bielsko-Biala
Pros:

The location is on a main road but we did not hear any noise from the traffic and slept well. We did eat in the hotel for dinner on the two nights and the food was good, a small selection but still plenty of choice. The hotel is a 25 minute walk into the main town but plenty of local buses go by the hotel. Bar in hotel does not open till 4 p.m. and shuts early at 10 p.m. the service at the bar/restaurant was good and big shout out to the ladies who were on duty, Khrysia and the new trainee on the Friday night, both ladies were polite and helpful at all times. Plenty of tea/coffee/juices at breakfast and some of the white bread was nice. Probably would not stay here again as we would like to be closer to the town to make full use of the bars and restaurants, as only a Kebab restaurant is by the hotel which I think was a takeaway. Nothing else around the hotel. Except for the check in experience all other staff were professional and helpful.

Cons:

No fridge in hotel room, no milk for tea/coffee and no safe. The bar opening hours were from 4 pm to 10 p.m. only. so paid for early check in on arrival. Bar ran out of tonic on Friday and on Saturday had none at all. Would of liked extra pillows in room, as we only had 1 each, but we didn't ask if we could have extra. Did feel the check in ladies on Friday were a little dismissive when we had a problem with entering one of the rooms and the fact that one of them laughed as I was explaining the problem, I did not feel was professional. The breakfast was adequate, would of liked more egg options and maybe bacon instead of two types of sausage but the continental was okay.

Było ok, bez szału. W sam raz, żeby się przespać.
Pros:

Personel bardzo miły, śniadanie smaczne i całkiem spory wybór produktów. Klimatyzacja w pokoju.

Cons:

Dopłata 35zł za parking przy tej cenie za nocleg w takim standardzie.
