Хареса ми че бяха супер коректни и точни към нас. Имахме неприятна ситуация, явно е станала грешка и бяха взети повече пори от банковата ни сметка за вечеря, но те направиха проверка и ни върнаха надвзетата сума. Благодаря за коректното отношение !

Bardzo ładny wystrój hotelu, wygodne łóżko. Punkt za lodówkę w pokoju. Świetna sprawa z dystrybutorem wody na korytarzu. Obsługa bardzo miła i życzliwa, jedzenie na śniadaniu jak i kolacji bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Lokalizacja w porządku, blisko do centrum i na przystanek autobusowy w kierunku Karpacza. Polecam ;)

Obiekt znajduje się blisko centrum miasta, 15 minut spacerkiem. Idealne miejsce na wypady na okoliczne atrakcje. Blisko Karpacz i Szklarska Poręba. Super, że jest basen. Jedzenie przepyszne.

Śniadania pyszne i różnorodne, wszystko świeże. Na plus świeżo wyciskane soki oraz śniadania na słodko - na ciepło ;) Bardzo dobra restauracja na terenie hotelu. Pokoje przestronne, czyste, codziennie sprzątane, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Woda do picia dostępna za darmo.

Po wyjściu z sauny ciężko „odpocząć”, gdyż kilka leżaków znajdujących się wokół basenu jest stale zajętych, co utrudnia spędzenie czasu pomiędzy saunowaniem (głównie w weekend)
