After checking their facilities. I thought the sauna was nice.
Didn't Get to use the whirlpool as it was closed for maintenance.

Cons:

I didn't like that. I got put in a building behind the actual main hotel, especially since it was just my. Self in my two kids didn't feel that safe, None of their amenities were also available back there. You had to cross over to get to Amenities.
I turn the AC down as soon as we arrived And it never got cold.
They're food was delicious but it made all of us sick. I threw up 3 times while there in there downstairs restroom and then on the road when heading to the next destination.which affected The rest of our trip.

Alarms through the phone made this a horrendous stay.
Pros:

The staff was fine

Cons:

Woke up at 4am to an alarm coming through the phones and it wouldn’t turn off. I had to unplug the phones and then couldn’t go back to sleep.

I enjoyed the cleanliness, the style and the lighting. The gym was great and I enjoyed the dry sauna.

Very pleasant with beautiful surroundings. Staff was so kind. We enjoyed the stay.

Everything was wonderful! I’d give it a 10 all the way across except the pet fees were not plainly stated on booking.com. It said pet friendly and we expected an incidental hold but a surprise non-refundable $75 pet fee and a $50 incidental fee was not fun after a long days travel. It really should be more visible. Like “pet friendly with non refundable fee”.

Cons:

Everything else was exceptional.
Not exceptional was the surprise pet fee. We have a hypoallergenic havenese, 11 pounds, who is fully house trained and quiet. Once the room was checked over, - we left it perfectly prepped for the cleaning crew, all trash in cans, all used bed linens and towels neatly piled by the door, surfaces wiped down, not to mention we checked out early at 9:30am - those fees should’ve been returned. I do understand there’s a fee and a separate incidental deposit but that was not cleanly stated.
Thank you for your attention in this matter.

We were very disappointed and

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The dog area was very good and even had a bag/disposal station.

Cons:

Room door had to be pushed shut and we saw others on our level with the same problem. This is an incredible safety hazard! There was not coffee easily accessible (most places we stay have it in the room!!) Had to wait 15 minutes for just a plain coffee when it wasn’t even busy. Staff didn’t seem happy to be there or concerned about our stay. The issues with the door and the potential for safety were met with a dismissive attitude. Overall the atmosphere was cold and uninviting.
Also, the water did not get hot for showering, the toilet paper holder was broken, the ice machine was on a different floor (when asked, the was told to just go up the stairs and it seemed as if I was asking for something unreasonable).
I expected much better service and accommodations for the price.
