Una buena eleccion y super recomendable.
Pros:

El hotel supero mis expectativas. Con su amplia recepcion, su gran estufa ya fue algo hermoso como primera impresion. El personal, jovenes eficientes y amables. La habitacion comoda, bien iluminada, hermoso baño y toallas, todo para tomar cafecitos o te, y se ve calidad en los detalles. Por lo que este Hotel, que esta alejado del centro de la ciudad ,nos dio la posibilidad de descansar y disfrutar de un ambiente unico. Habia nevado ese dia a nuestar llegada, asi que todo el paisaje era especial. El restaurant muy bien atendido, platos sin mucha variedad pero la necesaria, solo cenamos alli y si tienes que quedarte en el hotel es una buena posibilidad de cenar bien y en un buen ambiente. SUPER RECOMENDABLE

Cons:

No tengo observaciones al respecto. Quizas que la hora del check in es un poco tarde.

Cons:

There should be a microwave in the room. I didn’t like the water bottles being coupled to some kind of membership. That looks like nickel and diming, which looks cheap for a Hilton. I didn’t notice there being a continental breakfast that you didn’t have to pay for. I didn’t spot a place to charge my car. The treadmills had broken control buttons. The hot tub was closed. I thought Hiltons were the hotels that noticed things like that.

Pros:

Excellent staff! Perfect location! Sakura was delicious!!! Comfy beds, nice room and shower. Staff granted request to be opposite (away) from Hiway 66. Loved the ponderosa pines out our window.

Cons:

Pool not open, breakfast too expensive.

Overall good stay.
Pros:

Very clean and upgraded hotel.

Cons:

The wait staff at the bar and restaurant were worthless. It took 15 minutes to have our order to be taken and receive coffee and we were 1 of only 3 customers . The bartended both nights never took out order. Spent the whole time chatting with the few people sitting at the bar. She paid no attention to the other 2 tables waiting for service.

Nice Property, Two Restaurant Options, My Room needed Maintenance.
Pros:

A very nice property, nicely decorated. Lobby area cozy and comfortable.

Cons:

The AC unit in my room sounded like a freight train and did not function properly. Room was too warm all the time, even when selecting Cool and lowering the temp to 65

Pros:

I didn’t like that booking.com never actually booked this room for us so we got there and the reservation was not in the system. It’s took a VERY long time to get this figured out with the managers having to call you while it was late at night and I was alone with children. You so easily took my $500+ but never bothered to follow through. Just so disappointed
