Nice Property, Two Restaurant Options, My Room needed Maintenance.
Pros:

A very nice property, nicely decorated. Lobby area cozy and comfortable.

Cons:

The AC unit in my room sounded like a freight train and did not function properly. Room was too warm all the time, even when selecting Cool and lowering the temp to 65

Pros:

I didn’t like that booking.com never actually booked this room for us so we got there and the reservation was not in the system. It’s took a VERY long time to get this figured out with the managers having to call you while it was late at night and I was alone with children. You so easily took my $500+ but never bothered to follow through. Just so disappointed

Alarms through the phone made this a horrendous stay.
Pros:

The staff was fine

Cons:

Woke up at 4am to an alarm coming through the phones and it wouldn’t turn off. I had to unplug the phones and then couldn’t go back to sleep.

Pros:

After checking their facilities. I thought the sauna was nice.
Didn't Get to use the whirlpool as it was closed for maintenance.

Cons:

I didn't like that. I got put in a building behind the actual main hotel, especially since it was just my. Self in my two kids didn't feel that safe, None of their amenities were also available back there. You had to cross over to get to Amenities.
I turn the AC down as soon as we arrived And it never got cold.
They're food was delicious but it made all of us sick. I threw up 3 times while there in there downstairs restroom and then on the road when heading to the next destination.which affected The rest of our trip.

This was a great stay with my family. I will return again.
Pros:

I enjoyed the cleanliness, the style and the lighting. The gym was great and I enjoyed the dry sauna.

Cons:
