One of the Better Best Western Plus Hotels in a Small Town
Pros:

The front desk was nice and accomodating. The lady put us near the laundry room and exit which was great and we had young kids. The breakfast was good and the seating area was ok. The room was modern and had adequate lighting in the bathroom. The layout of our hotel room was nice. I found the beds comfortable.

Cons:

No automatic doors? Pretty backwards and made it difficult to bring luggage inside. There was no dolly nearby. I didn't like the lighting under the bed, it was not functional. The hotel building itself was a bit convoluted and it took time for you to walk all the way to the different areas.

This is the best Best Western in the chain.
Pros:

Love the wood in the rooms - bright and light.
Love the Peloton! I wish your entire chain had them

Okay but a couple of maintenance issues. Front desk staff not very friendly.
Pros:

Large bkfst but lacked flavor
Shuttle service was very helpful(we were there for St. Pattys Day).

Cons:

There were a couple of things wrong in the room. Sink plug was stuck down and sink filled up and couldn’t empty. Had to brush teeth, wash hands in tub.
Reading pen light attached to bed wouldn’t lock in and shut off so was on all night.
We also had to pay extra to check in a little early.

Great location, friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms!
Pros:

The staff at the front desk when we checked in were friendly, professional and very welcoming. Room appeared to have been recently renovated. It was clean and the bed very comfortable! We booked the hotel based on it's breakfast reviews. The breakfast did not disappoint. All the hotel staff we met were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

Did it's job for a quick one-night stay in Butte

Enjoyable, restful stay.
Pros:

Newly modernized rooms and great hotel!
Pros:

Our room has just been newly redone. Clean and neat, new bathroom and all! Room was small with a king bed which was very comfortable after a long day of travelling. Even the toilet was new! Everything was very clean. In spite of all the new, the price was about $120 total.

When we walked into the hotel we were greeted by a very friendly lady. The ladies working in the breakfast room this morning were also very friendly. Breakfast was huge! You could have your choice of many different items and anything I tried was very tasty.

Just a great stay! Well done, Best Western Plus Butte Plaza Inn!
