Beautiful property close to the Vatican with rooftop views over Rome from the roof terrace, friendly & helpful staff, and a great breakfast

Cons:

Some of the features are due for upgrades - room key cards kept having to be recoded and the TV was small and not a smart TV so unable to stream.

An amazing short stay, wish we stayed longer! A stunning room , impressively decorated and clean ! The location was perfect and staff was awesome.

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff were friendly. Decent breakfast with a great view. Public areas were nice and good location.

Cons:

Sadly the bed was so uncomfortable (like sleeping on a plank of wood) we moved hotels after one night. To be fair we were offered a mattress topper but this would not have helped. The rooms were cramped and we could barely get into our ensuite. Also the bed head was stained, there was mould in bathroom and balcony furniture was dirty.

Am revenit de fiecare data la aceat hotel ! Locația excepțională! Aproape de multe atracții din Roma, la 10 - 20 minute de mers pe jos!
Serviciul de curățenie foarte bun! Micul dejun bun, variat, cu o priveliște excepțională!
Personalul de la recepție foarte ok . Un mare bonus pentru noi ( 4 adulți și un copil sub 1 an) faptul ca am putut fi cazați mai devreme iar cele 2 camere au fost la același etaj.

Cons:

Ar fi fost un bonus dacă ar fi fost în camera un aparat de tip Nespresso pentru preparare cafea. Există o cana fierbator pentru preparare ceai sau cafea solubila..

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Isa! The staff was exceptional from start to finish. Danielle was just as kind and welcoming in person as she was when responding to my emails before our stay. The front desk guys were funny, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were all polite, neat, and did a great job keeping everything clean. Breakfast was hot on our first morning and very good. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Isa!

Cons:

While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few disappointments. There was no gym, which was frustrating for those wanting to work out. Our room also did not have an iron, so we had to use the ironing area on the third floor. Breakfast was good on the first day, but the quality declined afterward, and the fruit did not look fresh.

スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしいです。どの方もとても親切でした。歴史の有るホテルでヨーロッパであればこういうホテルが嬉しいです。ホテルのすぐ裏にスーパーがありお土産や飲み物の購入にとても便利でした。僕はイタリアに行くと必ず買うお土産は乾燥ボルチーニ茸なのです。こちら日本ではあまりお見掛けしないし軽いのでお土産に適しているのですが以外に置いているスーパーが少なく　いつも購入に苦労しています。今回はホテルのすぐ裏で購入が出来て　助かりました。このロケーションはとても助かります。また近隣に美味しいお店も多くどこのお店にするか悩みました。

シャワーの水温調節が難しかった。　他は完璧です。

Their bathrooms...shower curtains are outdated and the opening covered by the curtain risky as one can fall out accidentally.
