Hôtel très agréable petit déjeuner irréprochable insonorisation entres les chambres à revoir.
Pros:

La beauté, la propreté , le petit déjeuner était copieux et diversifié. Le serveur est très agréable, d’une gentillesse incroyable et prend son travail à cœur.
La literie irréprochable.

Cons:

Les mûrs ne sont pas assez insonorisés, nous attendions nos voisins de chambre parler et tousser. Nous attendions leur chasse d’eau des toilettes ainsi que leur chaudière quand ils allumaient le robinet ou qu’ils prenaient une douche.
Ce que nous n’avons pas apprécié non plus c’est que nous n’avions pas 1 seule chaîne de télévision en français. À notre demande l’accueil nous a donné les réseaux pour trouver des chaînes françaises mais nous n’y sommes pas arrivés. Nous avons laissé un mot pour qu’ils nous programme au moins 1 chaîne en français mais ils ne s’en sont pas occupés.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Isa! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make me feel valued and ensure my stay was memorable.

I highly recommend Hotel Isa to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and a wonderful overall experience. I would gladly stay here again and give it a well-deserved 5 stars!

I det stora hela är Isa ett bra val.
Pros:

Hotellfrukosten är verkligen bra med ett utbud som mer liknar hotell i norra Europa. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, rent och snyggt.

Cons:

Sängarna var stenhårda. Det är ganska lyhört men det är det i alla gamla italienska hus.

Enjoyable on our second visit and stay at this hotel! Thank you!

Location, service, and the size and comfort of the room.

Cons:

The breakfast was average and the bed quite hard! We were disappointed somewhat in the roof top change from a full access with nice seating area to a limited access and some seating left on a lower floor. You can still climb to the top terrace area and enjoy the 360 view of Rome.

Staff very nice, loved the breakfast buffet, very clean room/bathroom - but the property is dated.
Pros:

Great location for proximity to Vatican City. Great breakfast, great rooftop bar.

Cons:

Average water pressure, and not a good A/C system - antiquated, 3-level power setting (not temperature controlled) that even at highest level failed to cool yo comfortable temp.

Frukosten var riktigt trevlig, mycket att välja mellan och härlig rooftop terrass.
Läget var också perfekt
Servicen var bra, killen som servade frukost var mycket trevlig och effektiv

Cons:

Städning av rummet brevid alldeles för tidigt - dammsugningen störde
Rummen behöver renovering, ganska så åldrat
Inget balsam i duschen. Visserligen kom housekeeping med balsam när jag ringde om det, men när en kvinnlig gäst har bokat rummet borde de se till att balsam redan finns där. I alla fall när priset ligger så högt.
Hotellet kändes lite mer anpassat till män än kvinnor av någon anledning.
