Très bel hôtel, petit déjeuner très bon

Cons:

Je pensais avoir réservé avec l'option spa car j'avais mis un filtre "bien être inclus" et j'ai appris lors de mon arrivée que ce n'était pas inclus. L'hôtesse d'accueil m'indique alors qu'il faudra régler un supplément de 30€ par personne pour une heure de spa soit 60€. J'ai décidé le lendemain d'aller au spa quand même et au final au moment de payer à la caisse du spa on me dit que le tarif est de 15€ par personne pour les clients de l'hôtel. Je suis surprise que l'hôtesse du Novotel ne le sache pas ! Aussi, l'hôtesse ne connaissait pas les horaires du petit déjeuner pour les jours fériés. Vis a vis du spa, j'avais appelé le jour de ma réservation pour être sûre que tous les équipements fonctionnaient et on m'avait répondu que oui alors qu'en réalité le sauna est affiché "en maintenance"..ils ne le disent à aucun moment.

Bon hôtel mais service du petit déjeuner à revoir

Cons:

Le service du petit déjeuner complètement raté. Pas assez de personnel par rapport aux nombres de clients. Longue attente pour le service des œufs, beaucoup de choses manquantes dans le buffet, pas de vaisselle propre à disposition,la machine à café en panne, une attente de plus de 30 minutes avant de pouvoir commencer à manger.

Mon Mari et Moi voulais passé un week-end différente en Amoureux relaxant. Le fait qu'on avait réservé une nuit avec l'espace détente. En arrivant a L’Hôtel on nous a dit qu'il n'y a pas de jacuzzi pas de sauna pas de hamam.le lit n'était pas confortable..le petit déjeuner n'était pas a l'auteur de mes espérance pour le prix qu'on a payé .j'ai même trouvé des fruits moisi.et je trouve que c'est pas normal.ci c'était juste pour dormir on serais rester chez nous bien confortable.moi je ne recommande ça à personne..

Der Service im Restaurant war wohl gänzlich überlastet. Ich hatte 2x (an verschiedenen Tagen !) die falsche Speise hingestellt bekommen - und als ich dies moniert hatte, wurde nichtmal reagiert. Hingeklatscht - fertig. Suppe war kalt, Fleisch quasi roh, das Essen der Tageskarte ansonsten so lala... nichts Besonderes, eher unteres Niveau, leider...

I was rebooked in another hotel which was about 30min away from our conference venue, so for me it was extremely inconvenient, I had to take alwas an uber car etc.

Cons:

in my new hotel, the saclay novotel, the staff was extremely nice but the room was a catrastrophe, the heating was broken, so it got really cold during the night an no additional blanket, on the next morning the very nice concierce gave ma additional heater
