Great location
Pros:

Great location right next to the Princess street with tram. Close to all sights. Hotel has beatiful rooms and has every equipment necessary. Rooms were cleaned regularly.

Cons:

Double-bed is a bit smaller, larger people might not feel comfortable.

I asked for a quiet room. I was assured it would be dead quiet. But I got a stuffy cellar room with an airco unit right next to the window adjacent to a shaft. Upstairs there were building works going on.
