An absolutely wonderful hotel. The reception staff are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast room staff are just there, quietly serving anything you would like. Our upgrade to a suite was such a lovely surprise. We cannot thank you all enough.
Breakfast was ok, but not worth the €30/head we were charged.
The rooms were pleasantly decorated and the bed was amazing!
All the staff we encountered were nice and pleasant and professional.
Little things like tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice, and not unlike other R&C places we’ve stayed in.
The information relating the hotel were misleading, in that the impression from the detail was there was a rooftop bar/lounge area (which was for the penthouse suite only) and that there was a managed beach area associated with the hotel (there wasn’t, just two recommended nearby, and we even had to pay for beach towels - hardly the 5star we were expecting.

The location it’s good front of the hotel there’s a restaurants and beach club but Forte de marme center is 25 min by car withe bicycle 37 min nice way to there about the employees there is Stifano he is perfect he help for evreything make everything easy to us
Location was central - only a few mins walk from restaurants. Street parking was easy to find (might be because we went in May not peak season yet). We got given a room facing the main street and it was a fabulous view to wake up to each morning. AC and wifi worked well. Bed was hard and we loved it. Service was amazing - probably because there weren't many guests.
Breakfast was a bit of a let down as the hot food were all pre-cooked, and it was the exact same selection of food everyday - could do a variety on alternative days.
We stayed at this wonderful hotel for 3 nights, touring the local cities. I have to say, in all my years of travelling around Europe, have I ever witnessed the exceptional levels of service FROM EVERY MEMBER OF THE HOTEL TEAM. From the moment we arrived, the concierge took care of our luggage, the check in team were welcoming and arranged our rooms quickly and the housekeeping team were exceptional. At breakfast the team could not do enough for you. How does this orchestra come together? Of course it’s down to the conductor or in this case the hotel manager Silvia who was not only visible most of the time but also assisting guests. This way she is not only the heartbeat of the hotel but also the ears and eyes on what is happening. This cascades down the hierarchy but also a key part is the way Sylvia recruits.
Our heartfelt thanks to Stefano at the front desk - a hotel manager in the making, Michael, Martina, Daria, Eleonora from the front desk. Asia, Claudia, Roberta, Arianna and Girolaro at breakfast plus many more that I did not get a chance to remember their names.
I started with people first but the hotel itself has been recently renovated and the rooms are perfect - not the biggest and not the smallest but very comfortable. It would be nice to have tea / coffee facilities in the room and an iron but these were brought up promptly as and when needed. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality and compromised of hot and cold items. There is also a Michelin restaurant on site.
Outside the hotel the beach is a few minutes walk with plenty of restaurants and boutiques and many ice cream parlours!!
Highly recommend a May break as I suspect it gets very busy between June - September
