Is a nice location.

Cons:

Is definitely not a 5 stars. There is no charme. Also they charged me 300eur as security deposit and after one week I still have on my credit card.

Cons:

Za całość pobytu zapłaciłem za góry. Mimo to zablokowano mi z niewiadomych powodów dodatkowe 200 Euro i do dzisiaj już 7 dni nie odblokowano. O co chodzi ??? Dotyczy to 2 pokoi czyli razem 400 Euro.
Nie dajcie się naciągać.

La posizione e la pulizia delle camera

Cons:

Al momento dell’arrivo mi hanno chiesto 200 euro di cauzione che mi avrebbero dovuto ridare, ma ancora oggi ( e sono passate 2 settimane) non mi è arrivato nulla nonostante le chiamate. Questa cosa mi è dispiaciuta molto. È la prima volta che mi succede.

Sotto le aspettative…
Pros:

Staff molto presente e cordiale.

Cons:

Semplicemente non è un 5 stelle.per lavoro vivo da 15 anni a questa parte almeno 16 giorni al mese in hotel e mi è difficile credere che in un 5 stelle mi devo fare ingresso con gradini portandomi tutti i bagagli da solo fino in camera.quest’ultima priva di bollitore (accessorio sempre presente in hotel di categoria anche inferiore) in bagno nemmeno una crema corpo.
La camera è davvero piccola con vista interna che è meglio non descrivere.
Nelle foto viene enfatizzato molto questo roof top che però è inaccessibile poiché associato solo a 2 suites.
Quindi a parte il prezzo di hotel,ristorante e prodotti minibar le 5 stelle non le ho proprio trovate.

Pros:

Ottima struttura che rispecchia le aspettative di un 5 stelle per dimensione camera, pulizia, professionalità del personale e colazione. Uniche note negative la vista dalla camera, praticamente un muro di fronte alla finestra della suite e parcheggio convenzionato distante rimediato almeno con servizio vallet.
