I loved the fact that they had a clothing iron available in the room
Room was perfect, the breakfast was lovely and the staff were amazing. The bed was comfy, bathroom lovely and everything was clean.
The pin for google maps takes you to the back of the property so it took me a long time to find it, I think signage could be better on the main road and also changing the google map pin to the correct entrance.
The room was clean and tidy, however when it was raining there was a leak sound coming from the roof.
I could hear the people showering next to my room. This was early in the morning and late at night.
Breakfast was good with many healthy options, however on my second morning there was no mixed fruit bowl, however there was a bowl full of fruit which could have been cut up to have a mix fruit bowl.
The second night I asked the employee if he could bring some more wood for the fire and he said the wood was all wet outside. The wood should have been stacked inside already knowing the weather predictions for the long weekend.
Dinner was average, too much cheese source placed on the schnitzel and the mushroom source for the steak was very runny.
Overall an average experience.
Will need to work on the above in order to get 5 stars from me.

Friendly and helpful staff
The room was clean, tidy and had everything we required. The location is excellent for cafes, restaurants and the theatre. Stress-free parking.

The staff were friendly and courteous as they always are. The aspect that stands out most was one of the staff at the reception desk, Phakama. I was asked for my ID on check in, and after the process was completed I went to my room. Within 2 minutes Phakama knocked on my door with my ID, something I am extremely grateful for, and hence a big shout out to her. The rest of my stay was most enjoyable, the room had everything I required and the bed extremely comfortable..
There was nothing that I disliked.
