Pros:

The room was nice and the bed was big. The staff were friendly and were professional.

Cons:

Needs a small amount of tlc. The bathroom door was a struggle to open and the room door looks old. I wish they could add a fridge as it will be a good help for people staying there.

It was average. Additional customer service training is required for the most of the reception staff.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, crisp and clean bedding. Newly built section of the hotel/

Cons:

The leaking toilet/ shower. After bringing it to receptions’ attention twice and insisting they move me to another room, I was eventually moved me to a room with a bad stench which stretched down the passage due to another serious leak in one of the other rooms. When asked to be moved again, I was moved to a room with no “view” looking straight into the old age home. The receptionist at the time was not impressed with me bringing these issues to her attention and very reluctant to assist. The remainder of my stay she did not greet and would not make eye contact with me when passing.
