唯一是离巴黎稍远，作为短期访问巴黎的客人每天往返幸苦一些，一周有两天没有RER C ，总之对陌生者不甚方便。

Good location for visiting the palace. Place is clean and staff courteous.

Bon séjour, attention pmr
Pros:

Literie confortable, bien insonorisé, personnel très à l’écoute.

Cons:

Je conseille aux voyageurs PMR de faire attention. Sur le site de l’hôtel, chambre supérieure notée avec barre d’appui douche, barre de maintien dans les toilettes. Donc je réserve en toute confiance mais j’appelle quand même l’hôtel une semaine avant pour bien dire que je voyage avec une personne a mobilité réduite (en fauteuil). Malheureusement la note s’est perdue (changement de logiciel de l’hôtel appartement).
Le réceptionniste a vraiment tout fait pour trouver une solution mais malheureusement nous avons passé la première nuit dans une chambre inadaptée (même si nous avons été upgradées). C’est totalement inacceptable surtout pour un hôtel de ce standing. Un changement de chambre était prévu le lendemain et a bien eu lieu avec un peu d’attente.
Le réceptionniste a été vraiment très gentil, s’est excusé, nous avons eu un bon boisson pour le bar.
Si j’avais voyagé seule ou sans pmr j’aurais dit que tout était parfait.
Donc voilà juste pour les PMR attention à bien téléphoner avant voire re téléphoner la veille.
