Die zentrale Lage
Zu schmale Betten. Tür zum Spa neben uns knallte bei jedem Besucher laut zu. Am Sonntag um 9:00 abends wurde im Spa mit Bohrer gearbeitet. Das WC wurde nicht gereinigt. Die Bettdecke wurde nicht gewechselt auf unseren Wunsch hin.

Excellent location. Super close to the Palace of Versailles and all the antique markets and bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Reception staff were amazing and even helped us move our luggage to our other room for a 2 night stay, very friendly and helpful.
Note that the breakfast hours change if you stay on a weekend and then on a week day.
The bar staff didn't seem very happy and wouldn't supply ice for the room as they said it was for them and not rooms and reception should have not told us we could have ice delivered.... It was 41 degrees when we stayed at the hotel!
The hammam was closed during our stay, it would have been nice to have the option, although it was 41 degrees. One of the lifts was out of service too.
Very nice, clean, great breakfast. Safe, perfect location. Has a sauna and gammon room which was a very nice option.
The gym was small. Not that I went to Versailles or that hotel for the gym.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! De locatie is top: dichtbij het kasteel en de rest van het centrum is op loopafstand. Het hotel is heel schoon, ook de kamers. Twee terrassen waar je fijn kunt zitten. De kamers zijn oké qua grootte: heel schoon en netjes ingericht. Bedden lagen goed.
Paar mankementjes in de badkamer: losse spiegel, losse douche stang, water loopt niet goed door.
Maar waren geen grote problemen. Ontbijt is keurig maar de jus orange is niet vers en we misten keuzes om een gebakken eitje te bestellen

Brilliant location, 400m from the Palace. Underground secure parking. Comf bed, great rainfall shower, Clarins products! Excellent breakfast too
Couldn’t adjust air con temp in room, only speed of fan. It was a heatwave, could have been a few degrees cooler.

Breakfast terrasse
The rooms were not corresponding to the pictures on booking.com. The balcony was a ledge and didn’t even have a chair. Overall, not the upscale environment that was presented in the pictures.
Staff from Wednesday to Friday, Saturday was better. Especially breakfast room personnel was not up to the tasks . A staff member took you to the table without checking that the table was properly set, which meant that something was always missing. In these situations, the staff was not helpful, e.g. following my request for a mug, the lady looked around picking a random mug and looked inside it after which she handed it to me saying ”here, it’s clean”. After paying for over 300€ / night, one expects a bit more.
