Pas d eau chaude dans la chambre le soir ( incident technique) mais geste commercial fait par la direction .

Pillows are super old and no fluffy any longer for some time now . They definitely should be changed . We didn’t find any bathrobe anywhere in the room. That was strange when we called reception to being us 2 of them. They finally did

Camera molto pulita, letto comodissimo e ambiente silenzioso — si dorme benissimo. Ottimi anche i prodotti da bagno, di qualità.
Molto comoda la posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Reggia di Versailles e vicino alla stazione. Peccato solo che la stazione fosse chiusa nel weekend per lavori, ma ovviamente non dipende dall’hotel.
Abbiamo apprezzato anche la possibilità di fare colazione nel caffè proprio fuori dall’hotel.
Non abbiamo avuto tempo di provare la spa, ma l’esperienza complessiva è stata davvero ottima.
Versailles è una cittadina deliziosa in cui soggiornare.

Tout était impeccable
Seul point un tout petit peu négatif c’est le spa, que j’imaginais plus grand et plus luxieux, les gens laissés leurs affaires par terre et sur les transats.
Ce qui empêchait l’accès ou de pouvoir se poser pour se relaxer
Hôtel très bien placé, confortable. Personnel attentionné.
L'aménagement du Spa pourrait être amélioré : pas une patère, pas un banc, pas de chaises où poser ses affaires. Seulement 4 lits, vite occupés. Sauna pas assez chaud, hammam trop chaud.
