Gefallen hat mir überhaupt nichts!!!
- das Zimmer war kalt
- ich habe daraufhin bei Ankunft die Schalter an der Klimaanlage verändert
- als ich aus der Stadt zurückkam - war das Zimmer immer noch kalt
-dann habe ich an der Rezeption das Foto der Klimaanlage gezeigt - da wurde mir gesagt, dass ich die Einstellung verändern muss
- das habe ich getan: Das Ergebnis: das Zimmer blieb kalt
