ontbijt was super goed verzorgd personeel heel vriendelijk

Cons:

Het avondeten in het restaurant was prima maar wij vonden iets te weinig keuze.
Had ook simpeler gemogen bv schnitzel of sate

Unfähig eine Rechnung auszustellen

Schöne Unterkunft aber habe keine Rwchnung erhalten

Ich wollte bei meiner Ankunft eine Rechnung bekommen. Mir wurde gesagt die Rechnung kann erst bei Checkout ausgestellt werden – das ist Mega nervig, ich habe nur wenige Stunden zum schlafen und einfach keine Zeit morgens noch einmal zur Rezeption zu gehen.

Mir wurde dann gesagt, die Rechnung würde mir per Mail zugeschickt werden. Das wurde aber nicht erledigt.

Sieh zu, dass ihr die Rechnung in Zukunft schon bei Checkin ausstellen könnt. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, die Zeit der Leute so in Anspruch zu mähen. Vor allem dann, wenn man seine Versprechen im Anschluss nicht hält. Ich bin es einfach leid, ständig Hotels anzurufen und nach Rechnungen hinterher zu laufen.

Wenn eine Rezeption diese grundlegende Aufgabe nicht hinbekommt, sollte sie lieber durch einen zuverlässigen Computer ersetzt werden.

An die Hotelleitung: bekommt eure Systeme in den Griff. Es kann einfach nicht sein, dass man als Gast seiner eigenen Rechnung hinterherläuft!

Für 1 Nacht ok, aber länger muss nicht sein. Die Dame an der Rezeption hatte auch nicht so richtig Lust und gähnte erstm
Pros:

Das Zimmer war nicht das Modernste, aber sauber.

Cons:

Fenster im EG verschlossen und nur durch Personal zu öffnen.

Pros:

Miła obsługa, pyszne europejskie śniadanie, wspaniała lokalizacja w cichym parku, którym warto się przespacerować. Pokoje są duże, większości znajduja się na parterze. Czysto i przejrzyście. Blisko do punktów usługowych w Castrop-Rauxel jak i do stacji kolejki.
