Pros:

very good breakfast, nice hotel for one night close to the highway, so you can choice - 3 minuts to the highway but 15 minuts to the city center and restaurants or the other way round and take another hotel.

Haus Keeping hat sehr laut in dem Flur vor meinem Zimmer ca. zwischen 8 und 9 morgens geredet. Dann hat die Dame einfach nachdem Klopfen in mein Zimmer reingekommen ohne abzuwarten, ob ich antworte.
Dadurch hat Sie mich geweckt und ich bin nachts gefahren und wollte mich ausruhen.

Danach wurde bei mir doppelt abgebucht. Ich habe gebeten das Geld rückzubuchen. Sie haben zurückgebucht und dann direkt wieder abgebucht. Nachdem ich per Mail darauf hingewiesen habe, haben Sie daten meiner Kreditkarte abgefragt, obwohl ich mit einer EC-Karte bezahlt habe. Ich habe extra angerufen deswegen. Die Person am Telefon konnte das Problem nich klären und hat mir versprochen, dass er das weiterleitet an Vorgesetzten und er meldet sich bei mir. Selbstverständlich hat sich keiner bei mir gelmeldet. In Der Booking.com Chat antwortet keiner. Beim erneutem Anruf konnte mir wieder keiner helfen. Senden Sie uns per Mail Ihre Bankdaten,. obwohl sie sie eigentlich haben. Ok, habe ich gesendet, darauf wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Fall an die Zentrale weitergeleitet wurde und das Hotel nicht mehr dafür zuständig wäre. Ich renne 2 Woche schon hinterher, dass mein Geld zurückgebucht werden soll und das Personal chillt einfach, als ob ich das Problem verursacht habe. In dem ganzen Hotel einfach alles läuft schief. Ich wollte eine Nacht übernachten und jetzt über mehrere Nächte muss ich dem Hotel hinterher rennen und das abgebuchte Geld zurückzubekommen.

Praktisch, gemütliches, preiswert
Pros:

Wenn man auf der Durchreise ist, ist die Lage perfekt, direkt an der Autobahnabfahrt. Super geräumige Zimmer, sehr gut isoliert, gemütliches Bett, freundliches Personal, privater Parkplatz, Hund war willkommen. Kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Pros:

Výborná snídaně, příjemný a ochotný personál. Dobrá základna, když potřebujete při dlouhé cestě přespat.

Cons:

Konvice na čaj není na všech pokojích.

Gutes Business Hotel - hier macht man nichts verkehrt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt relativ günstig, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Ansonsten war das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption wie an der Bar und auch das Team beim Frühstück sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen; da hätte ich mir bei dem Preis ein wenig mehr erwartet
