Comfortabel hotel op een perfecte locatie
Pros:

Kamers zijn ruim en net gerenoveerd. Parkeergarage onder het hotel. Rustige ligging en rustig publiek. Naast de Bali Thermen en het prachtige Kurpark.

Cons:

Check-in en -out verliepen wat mechanisch. Er werden mensen tussendoor geholpen en de medewerkers waren zoel bij de check-on als -out niet erg enthousiast.

Pros:

Geräumiges, schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, sehr gute Lage....

Cons:

Man konnte nicht gut schlafen, weil es viel zu warm im Zimmer war. Gekippte Fenster reichten nicht aus, man musste beide Fenster komplett weit öffnen und die Vorhänge aufziehen. Dadurch fiel das Licht der Straßenlampen ins Zimmer, was wiederum unseren Schlaf störte. Die Klimaanlage war viel zu laut, um sie die ganze Nacht laufen zu lassen.

Es wäre schön gewesen, Kaffeezubehör auf dem Zimmer zu haben. Aber Luxusproblem:-)

Dåligt utbildad personal som inte fått lära sig grundläggande regler kring kundbemötande.
Pros:

Stora rymliga rum, bekväma sängar.

Cons:

Personalen i receptionen sitter vid skärmar och när man går förbi skyndar de sig att titta ner för att slippa säga hej. Genomgående samma beteende hos alla utom en av personalen.
Vid frukostbuffén system att maten tar helt slut i skålarna och fylls inte på förrän man påpekar tex. att äggen är helt slut, då tar det 10 minuter innan det kommer en skål med 5 ägg.
Allt vitt vin var slut, gick inte att köpa enligt personalen.

Gute Lage

Cons:

Unfreundliches Personal. Schlechtes Housekeeping. Man ging erst nach mehrmaligem Erinnern auf unsere Beanstandung ein. Die Bar war schlecht bestückt. Vom Frühstückstisch mussten wir Punkt 10.30 Uhr aufstehen.

Die Lage ist super zentral, Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und lecker, Kaiserschmarrn und gute Brötchen sowie alles andere was man sonst so braucht, wir konnten auch spät einchecken und Check Out ist bis 12 Uhr möglich so kann man flexibel planen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer welches ich für zwei Personen gebucht habe hatte nur eine Decke im Doppelbett und auch die Handtücher waren nur auf eine Person ausgelegt. Habe auf Nachfrage dann noch eine Decke erhalten...
Wir waren schon müde nach einem langen Tag und da hat man wirklich keine Lust sich noch um soetwas zu kümmern.
Für einen solchen Preis sollte so etwas nicht passieren... Habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt selbst in 3 Sterne Hotels die wesentlich günstiger waren

Pros:

W tym hotelu byliśmy już kolejny raz po paru latach. W dalszym ciągu jest naprawdę dobrze. Hotel położony jest lekko na uboczu, blisko parku, ale również blisko miasta, więc można spokojnie w ramach krótkiego spaceru tam dojść. W pokojach było bardzo czysto, schludnie. Parking jest dosłownie naprzeciwko hotelu. Plusem jest to, że zaraz obok hotelu jest Bali Spa, do którego można pójść na piechotę i które jest naprawdę bardzo fajne. Oczywiście jest dodatkowo płatne, ale to jest fajna atrakcja, która jest na miejscu.

Cons:

Napisałem, że ma być pokój dla trzech osób, dwóch dorosłych i trzynastoletniego dziecka, a nie było dodatkowego łóżka, tak więc we trójkę musieliśmy spać na jednym łóżku i to jest na pewno na przyszłość do wyeliminowania.

Über Booking gebucht, leider nur ohne Frühstück möglich. Vor Ort konnte man kein Frühstück dazu buchen, da gesagt wurde, dass auf Grund von Personalmangel kein Frühstück mehr buchbar wäre. Schade hätten hier gern noch das Frühstück genossen

Hotel so lala, Bali Therme Mega.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten bequem. Der Parkplatz und die Lage an der Therme sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist mit 18 € zu teuer, das Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich, überfordert und nicht serviceorientiert. Wir nehmen nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel um das WE in der Therme zu verbringen.
