Venue for concert
Pros:

We had a room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet. The staff are very attentive and polite. Breakfast was plenty and very good. Excellent location for the Zenith. If you want to travel to Rouen town, there is a bus stop outside the hotel (T4) which is very convenient.

Super localisation pour aller au zénith ( juste en face, 5 minutes à pieds)
Chambres neuves, très propres
Literie confortable
L'offre de snacking est très qualitative avec ses plats en bocaux en particulier.
Et le buffet du petit déjeuner très copieux et très varié. Nous ne nous attendions pas à ce niveau de prestation pour ce prix

Séjour décevant
Pros:

L'emplacement est au top, juste en face du zénith de Rouen, donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Le petit déjeuner est correct, par contre les tables pour s'installer sont trop petites, on ne peut pas y mettre 2 plateaux.

Cons:

Je pensais arriver dans un hôtel ibis styles et quelle ne fut pas ma déception, c'est un ancien hôtel ibis budget (d'ailleurs c'est encore écrit) qui a été un peu rénové aux couleurs de ibis styles. La chambre était très petite et ne parlons pas de la salle de bains qui ne correspond pas du tout aux photos sur le site (on y voit une douche à l'italienne), la salle de bains doit faire 3 m2, il y a le wc, un lavabo et une toute petite douche. Une fois la douche faite, il faut sortir et se mettre dans la chambre pour se sécher. Pour moi, ce n'est pas un ibis style, par contre le tarif est bien le tarif d'un ibis styles, donc c'est de la publicité mensongère.

Parfait pour un passage rapide
Pros:

Emplacement et personnel très agréable
Petit déjeuner copieux

Cons:

Dureté du matelas. Manque d'oreiller mais c'est personnel.
Nous étions un couple et nous avions deux lits jumeaux et non un lit double dommage.

Good hotel for business stay
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and modern. There is EV charging in the locked carpark which was really useful.

Cons:

There is no real food option at this hotel. The only offering is microwaved pizzas or microwaved jars of food. This was disappointing and we had to go out and find somewhere else to eat - hassled after a long and tiring day.
