Pros:

L'hôtel est proche du Zénith de Rouen. L'endroit est calme. Le parking est sécurisé. Le personnel est souriant à l'acceuil.
Il faisait une chaleur à l'extérieur. L'hôtel est bien climatisé. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent et il y a tout ce qu'il faut

Cons:

L'organisation du personnel pour le petit déjeuner. Il n'y a plus de tasses pour se servir de café. Plus de place pour mettre les plateaux donc les plateaux restent sur les tables et donc nous n'avons pas de place ni de vaisselles pour déjeuner. Je pense que c'était dimanche et un long week end de pentecôte il devait manquer de personnel a revoir

La situation idéale à côté du zénith

Quelques détails mais :
Petit déjeuner mal organisé (il n’y avait plus de tasses, de plateaux, d’assiettes etc ….)
Pas de prises de courant classiques de chaque côté des lits. Peu pratique.
Les chambres pourraient être mieux insonorisées.

Pros:

Hôtel parfait pour une halte autoroute sur un voyage, parking sécurisé, chambre confortable et petit déjeuner qualitatif.

Cons:

Rien a partir du moment où l’objectif n’est pas touristique.

Séjour dernière minute d'une nuit
Pros:

Arrivée à 23h30, le réceptionniste était gentil et souriant en me donnant toutes les infos.
chambre n°170 confortable avec tout le nécessaire. elle avait une vue sur le parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel. le rideau n'est pas occultant donc je me suis réveillée avec le soleil, c'était moyen quand on espérait une "grasse matinée".
hôtel relativement calme même si on entend les gens parlaient dans le couloir. petit-déjeuner simple et efficace avec du sucré et du salé. la jeune dame qui s'occupait du petit-déjeuner était souriante et gentille.
un grand parking gratuit à l'avant de l'hôtel, ligne de transport en commun juste en face de l'hôtel.
