Location, size of room, amenities, cleanliness. The room was impeccable.
Only critique was the length of time for the lift to arrive at a given floor and the size as we had a pram.
Nice hotel. Tad expensive. There was a strange smell on our hotel floor. Was surprised, id have pay for Spa being a guest of hotel. Even though that was main reason I was there. Food was very good.
Surcharge for Spa facilities. I understand for treatments but think Spa should be free or a nominal fee like a £5 if your guest.
Great location - short walk into the centre or to bullring and new street. Spacious, clean & comfortable rooms. Fully equipped with fridge, iron, tv, etc.
The gym was a good feature. We didn’t try the spa (£15pp for 2 hours).
Good bar on the first floor with sports.
We weren’t informed of the prebooking requirement for parking - it would be good to include this in the confirmation email. There’s a sign in the lobby but we had parked up by then.
Location
Shabby - looks tired
It’s spaciousness, location and value for money.
Location and room was lovely
Loud doors closing by staff in corridor
Staff just said it’s a busy hotel and to expect noise!
Starbucks in lobby had no pastries
The signature suite was excellent, staff friendly and polite. Location - superb!
Breakfast was 2/5. Limited continental variety.
The room and hotel were fantastic.
The staff was abit dull and I’m sure I was charged for the extras twice but I was too tired to dispute, the spa facilities wasn’t explained so we had no idea that it was an option to book. I upgraded my room via email and paid the difference and then was charged again at the property for the upgrade.
We had only booked a standard double room so didn’t expect anything fancy. The room was very large and comfortable. Absolutely perfect
Staff were lovely. I had a migraine one day so put the ‘do not disturb’ sign out
I didn’t hear anything all day. Exactly what I needed
Staff offered to clean our room later as they couldn’t get in during the day. We declined but the offer was very kind
Some wear and tear on the inside curtain but not really an issue
