When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for maximum of 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

Unfortunately, we do not have parking on-site. The nearest car park is the Q Park next to the hotel. Our partner discount is 20% and tickets must be pre-booked on the Q Park website. Use the code MMMB20 and enter your vehicle registration number, which will enable the barriers to open for you. If you would like to enter and exit multiple times during your stay, please click the multiple entry option.

Please note that the Spa facilities are open Monday to Sunday but no treatment available on Tuesdays apart from nail services. Spa use is available for hotel guests at a charge of 15 per person for two hours use starting from the 1st of June 2025 (includes robe and towel) additional laundry/towels are chargeable. Please bring your own slippers or flip flops and £1 coin for the lockers. Spa use is on a first come first served basis and can be used from check in time (15:00) until check out time (11:00), it can only be guaranteed as part of a spa day package booking or overnight spa package. Please note that all spa guests must be over 16 years of age, and if under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel:
- 0-4 years old: complimentary breakfast
- 5- 11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price
- 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price.

Kids Dinner Menu is also available.

Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.

Great short stay.
Pros:

Lovely, comfortable, modern hotel. A short walk from New Street Station.
Excellent welcome from Gavinder.
Cool, atmospheric bar.
Great breakfast.
We were only there for one night but thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

Pros:

didn’t receive the upgrade you emailed me about ( but as this is based on availability this is fair.

Cons:

room felt a little worn in parts which is below malmaison expectations and does not match the experience of our precious visit.

Relaxing stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

The room was amazing very comfortable bed and large bathroom. The breakfast menu was quite extensive

Cons:

Would have liked to have some porridge on the breakfast menu. Plus could get quite noisy at night as the rooms were not soundproof could hear a lot of noise being a Friday/Saturday night

Great quality stay.
Pros:

Lovely room very spacious with coffee machine and comfy, mammoth bed. From the reception to the restaurant and spa, the staff are efficient, friendly, attentive and helpful. A stones throw away from New Street. Great food options too.

Fabulous city hotel
Pros:

Excellent facilities - all new and modern and very comfortable.

Cons:

The bar area's music was very loud but it was a Saturday night and you could not hear it from the room.

It was okay bed was comfy breakfast was nice additional spa disappointing

Spa was advertised but when arriving was informed an additional £15 needed to be paid to use them and last entry was 5.15 which is unhelpful when visiting for work
