When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for maximum of 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

Unfortunately, we do not have parking on-site. The nearest car park is the Q Park next to the hotel. Our partner discount is 20% and tickets must be pre-booked on the Q Park website. Use the code MMMB20 and enter your vehicle registration number, which will enable the barriers to open for you. If you would like to enter and exit multiple times during your stay, please click the multiple entry option.

Please note that the Spa facilities are open Monday to Sunday but no treatment available on Tuesdays apart from nail services. Spa use is available for hotel guests at a charge of 15 per person for two hours use starting from the 1st of June 2025 (includes robe and towel) additional laundry/towels are chargeable. Please bring your own slippers or flip flops and £1 coin for the lockers. Spa use is on a first come first served basis and can be used from check in time (15:00) until check out time (11:00), it can only be guaranteed as part of a spa day package booking or overnight spa package. Please note that all spa guests must be over 16 years of age, and if under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel:
- 0-4 years old: complimentary breakfast
- 5- 11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price
- 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price.

Kids Dinner Menu is also available.

Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.

Very good hotel. Polite staff.
Pros:

The air con!! The breakfast was good as well. Having a Starbucks is very convenient.

Cons:

Lack of cupboard and drawers. The Tv chrome cast wasn't working for first 2 nights. But was working for remainder of stay.

Deffo stop again!
Pros:

Twice I’ve stopped here both occasions, great staff and easy parking, minutes walk from the heart of the city! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rubbish shower if I’m honest, but hey it wouldn’t stop me stopping again.

Disappointed
Pros:

Know it well and great location

Cons:

They now charge £15 for sauna facilities. We would have used on 3 days which would have been £90 for 2 people. I choose Mal because of spa but not hood value now compared to other hotels in town

Reception and restaurant were all lovely, enjoyed our stay

lovely spacious room, clean, comfortable. lovely breakfast with a good selection of hot and cold items

Cons:

We were disappointed at the availability of treatments in the spa. i.e. wanted a pedicure but no staff available to undertake this treatment

Perfect location, and a wonderful hotel
Pros:

The bedroom was very spacious and a massive bed, good drink facilities, large bathroom, but I prefer a walk-in shower

Pros:

Great bed, the size was perfect and the matress as well. The hotel was clean and the staff is fantastic!

Cons:

The room was a bit ''old looking''.. the bathroom needs to get refurbished. The breakfast doesn't come as a buffet for hot food. You choose a dish from the menu. Continental buffet was okay.
