When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for maximum of 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

Unfortunately, we do not have parking on-site. The nearest car park is the Q Park next to the hotel. Our partner discount is 20% and tickets must be pre-booked on the Q Park website. Use the code MMMB20 and enter your vehicle registration number, which will enable the barriers to open for you. If you would like to enter and exit multiple times during your stay, please click the multiple entry option.

Please note that the Spa facilities are open Monday to Sunday but no treatment available on Tuesdays apart from nail services. Spa use is available for hotel guests at a charge of 15 per person for two hours use starting from the 1st of June 2025 (includes robe and towel) additional laundry/towels are chargeable. Please bring your own slippers or flip flops and £1 coin for the lockers. Spa use is on a first come first served basis and can be used from check in time (15:00) until check out time (11:00), it can only be guaranteed as part of a spa day package booking or overnight spa package. Please note that all spa guests must be over 16 years of age, and if under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel:
- 0-4 years old: complimentary breakfast
- 5- 11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price
- 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price.

Kids Dinner Menu is also available.

Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.

A fabulous hotel in a great central location. The staff make it very special.
Pros:

Everything. The staff, the room. Gosh that bed was so comfortable. It was quiet and the room was so big.
The cocktail on the house was the icing on the cake. Plus the breakfast was delicious. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Nothing!

Perfect stay, will be back
Pros:

We have just had a wonderful two days here and will definitely return.
The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location. Very easy to walk to all of the places we wanted to visit around the city centre.
Twin room was huge and really lovely, comfortable, clean and had everything we could’ve wanted, complimentary water, tea, coffee, biscuits. There’s an iron and board and hairdryer also fridge and safe. (slightly odd couples pictures on the Walls if I’m honest 😂).
The staff were all friendly and could not have done more for us on reception, bar and restaurant. Restaurant in particular the staff were amazing and went out of their way to make two nights meals fantastic. Great food too.
Definitely recommend the hotel and we definitely be back.

Felt a bit tired, not moved with the times
Pros:

Cons:

The young man who checked me in after my partner had already checked in said “you could be anybody” which I thought was a bit strange.

I’ve not stayed here for about 10 years when I used to stay regularly. It felt a bit dated to be honest. The bar feels very old fashioned and the room didn’t feel very cosy. I think I preferred the Hyatt that I stayed in last weekend which felt fresher and better quality, but the bar there is not very good.

Great hotel, but noise was disappointing
Pros:

Fabulous hotel in a very central location. The bar is lovely and staff were very helpful.

Cons:

I would have rated our stay 5 stars but had some noise issues due to a very loud party going on in another room on the 5th floor on the Saturday night of our stay. They were eventually asked to leave by staff. The second night we had no issues.
