When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for maximum of 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.
Unfortunately, we do not have parking on-site. The nearest car park is the Q Park next to the hotel. Our partner discount is 20% and tickets must be pre-booked on the Q Park website. Use the code MMMB20 and enter your vehicle registration number, which will enable the barriers to open for you. If you would like to enter and exit multiple times during your stay, please click the multiple entry option.
Please note that the Spa facilities are open Monday to Sunday but no treatment available on Tuesdays apart from nail services. Spa use is available for hotel guests at a charge of 15 per person for two hours use starting from the 1st of June 2025 (includes robe and towel) additional laundry/towels are chargeable. Please bring your own slippers or flip flops and £1 coin for the lockers. Spa use is on a first come first served basis and can be used from check in time (15:00) until check out time (11:00), it can only be guaranteed as part of a spa day package booking or overnight spa package. Please note that all spa guests must be over 16 years of age, and if under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel:
- 0-4 years old: complimentary breakfast
- 5- 11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price
- 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price.
Kids Dinner Menu is also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.

We loved the decor, the facilities on site including the small spa area, Starbucks and the bar. The atmosphere was very chilled and laid back. The bed was one of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever stayed in.
I didn’t like that the window didn’t open at all. Also, the bathroom looked like it could benefit some mould washing and a bit of TLC due to some tiles under the sink falling off and general looking a bit worn.
Location was good, selection of food available in hotel was great too
Short walk from New Street. Room was really clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
The room and bathroom in particular felt a little tired. The hotel could probably due with a refresh.

room was lovely and big, great bed, liked the air con. bathroom was super clean, with good complimentary toiletries.
doors on room not soundproof, woke several times with people chatting and laughing coming out of the lifts in the early hours, i was woken several times. we were 2nd floor, room 228 i think?
bedding or mattress left me feeling clammy, even though air con was on. is there waterproof topper on or similar that causes body heat to rise? bed was comfy, mattress firm, but pillows were lumpy.
Location was great, close to everything
Parking arrangements, cost me £40 in total, which is not what I expected to be paying out on top of the price of the stay.
