Posizione leggermente fuori dal centro, zona tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (30 minuti dalla stazione centrale) o con il tram (5 min)
Camere comode e discretamente pulite.

Cons:

All'arrivo, personale non molto competente. Prenotazione di 4 camere (3 da due letti singoli e 1 matrimoniale), ci hanno dato 3 camere matrimoniali e 1 letti singoli... Fatto presente, ci viene detto che non potevano fare nulla, che la prenotazione per loro era corretta, nonostante il mio foglio di prenotazione diceva tutt'altro.
Camere prive di bollitore e macchinetta del caffè, 1 su 4 non particolarmente pulita.

Veel te weinig parling. Ik had betaald voor parking maar er was geen.plaats meer, moest hem dan maar op straat zetten waar ook geen.plaats was. Er stond n dicussie met receptie.

Hotel en reformas que no avisa a los clientes. Llegas y te encuentras todo patas arriba, polvo en todo los lados. Una impreparación brutal, info incorrecta sobre la calefacción y te pasas horas de frío. TREMENDO.

Jammer dat er niet beter was gecommuniceerd dat er een verbouwing was.

Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en lekker.

Cons:

Ik moest erg lang wachten voordat ik werd geholpen bij het diner. Ben uiteindelijk zelf om de kaart gaan vragen. Daarna duurde het erg lang voordat mijn bestelling werd opgenomen. Wel behulpzaam door een waterkoker aan te bieden.
De vloer in mijn kamer was erg vies.

Prima verblijf, maar door de Singelloop geen goede prijs/kwaliteit.
Pros:

Het hotel is proper. Personeel vriendelijk. Ontbijt kan beter (keuze en kwaliteit).

Cons:

We zaten er de dag voor de Utrechtse Singelloop, dus was het erg prijzig. Hierdoor was de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding uit balans.
