Super séjour dans cette magnifique chambre
Pros:

L’accueil était parfait et j’ai eu la chance d’avoir un surclassement pour la chambre sans payer de supplément. Elle était propre, bien chauffée , belle et spacieuse. J’ai adoré !

Merkezi konumda. Hergün temzilendi. Odanıza yerleşmeden önce odanın temizliğini ve klima sıcak çalışıp çalışmadığını kontrol edin. Bizimki bozuktu. Elektrikli ısıtıcı verdiler. Resepsiyon Uzun saçlı erkek çalışan kaba ve turist düşmanı. Bayan müdürleri müşteriler ile çok ilgili ona teşekkür ediyorum. Arka tarafa bakan odalar manzarası çok kötü.

Resepsiyon erkek çalışanı kaba ve bilgisiz. Zorla çalışıyor. Kahve içmeyin.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, messaged about 1 week before my arrival to request a room with a view of the cathedral and square as we have stayed here the last 3 times we have visited Ghent and they accommodated our request so we where really happy.

We will be staying again when we visit next year

Perfect short stay in a beautiful city and wonderful hotel
Pros:

Location is fantastic literally out of the door to the most beautiful cathedral and square. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. This has to be one of the very best budget hotels - their classification not mine.

Cons:

I like a safe in the room but you can use a safety deposit at reception , I knew before hand that there wasn’t a kettle so I took my own. But these did not distract from my stay,
