Nous sommes arrivés à 23h à la gare de Lourdes, et l'hôtel est à environ 300m à pied 👍 très pratique à cette heure de la nuit !!!

Bon séjour. Un très bon accueil dès notre arrivée. Personnel d'accueil à votre service avec gentillesse. De même pour la personne responsable du petit déjeuner...
La propriété correcte, mais une odeur très forte dans la salle d'eau (peut-être dû aux travaux de rénovation). Les oreillers gagneraient à être changer .

Erreur de date de réservation ==> Impossible d'annuler, même 1 mois avant la date réservée, le cout du séjour a entièrement été débité sans qu'on est franchi le seuil de la porte une seule seconde.
Que B&B débite des frais de dossier, cela peut être compréhensible, mais là, il encaisse 2 nuits et 4 petits déjeuners alors qu'on ne peut plus venir dans leur établissement sans que cela ne leur coute rien. Il vont pouvoir vendre la chambre une deuxième fois.
Je resterais poli sur le ressenti de leur attitude donc je n'émettrai pas de jugement. Quoique le titre oriente mon jugement

Porte de la ch se ferme très très mal ! Rideaux dans la tête quand vous êtes dans votre lit petit dej moins bien que les B&B 2 étoiles et plus chère
